Says the close at 10, called and they said they’re leaving at 7. I went and drove from one location and waited 30 minutes, to a different town for nothing.
I have been shopping at this Kroger for years and there are some wonderful employees at this store, Carol, a checker, is not one of them. Carol will never smile and greet you, she is rude, sarcastic and disrespectful. Carol has been like this for years and Kroger just enables her behavior, so she does not have to change. Everyone in my family just avoids her as much as possible- because Carol is rude to everyone. I just don't understand why Kroger allows Carol to continue treating customers so badly.
SO GOOD. We had the chocolate coconut cupcake and it was delicious. The perfect ratio of frosting to cupcake. The coffee was very good too. Definitely recommend!
Lousy customer service. Waited for customer service.
