Absolute trash food Mashed potatoes? Ha! What they call mashed potatoes I'd expect to eat while repairing the international space station. Biscuits so hard I threw one at my grandmother as a joke and she has been in a coma for a week. Ordered extra crispy, received extra soggy in grease confit. Saltiness of chicken comparable to drinking from the Dead Sea. The only thing more salty than that chicken is the rude manager who took my order incorrectly in the most eloquent condescending fashion.The highlight of the meal was the macaroni and cheese. Imagine thrice microwaved elbow macaroni noodles boiled for about an hour, paired with water and artificial cheese flavoring packets. Then freeze it for a year and boil-in-bag while you take a nap for a couple hours. If Gerber ever dropped a mac and cheese for 6 months and under, this would be ?
So I went in for a famous bowl after work today. Every person including the manager is playing around on there phone while I'm standing there waiting for my order to be taken. So I stand and wait still nothing like there avoiding the front counter drive thru was not busy they were all leaned up against the line talking and laughing it up like does anyone actually work here? So I turned around and just walked out and went somewhere else because of how much of nothing they were doing back there.
This was most “wtf?!?” Experience and food to date from them. From the completely disrespectful attitude in the drive through, to them yelling “Hannah Montana” out the drive through window at someone passing by, to no receipt given and finally the most disgusting food that I couldn’t even eat. The gravy on the inside of the mashed potato bowl was dried, the gravy inside the bowl was freaking congealed and had chunks that were discolored. The chicken was dry and seriously over cooked. This bowl was hours old and served. Absolutely disgusting.**UPDATE: we went back and the manager gave me a fresh bowl that was great**
I went through the drive through to order and I asked for extra bbq sauce. They said sure, ok.. when I get to the window i check my order and do not see the bbq sauce.. So I ask the lady again. She responded, "you should have asked when you ordered!" I told her nicely that I did. She looked upset and placed hard the bbq sauce on my hand that I even dropped one. She then said "bye!" Like she was asking me to leave immediately! Bad customer service!!!
Chicken is juicy and tender, the sides are great. Hands down the best coleslaw in the world!Only 4 starts because unlike KFC in Europe and the Middle East, they don’t have a spicy option.
The resturant part was closed but the drive through was open. I had a 3 piece dinner with Mac and cheese and cole slaw. It was hot and fresh.
I will probably never go back to kfc.The store near 45 on 2920 is always out of something and the staff couldn't care less about you or your order.So I drove all the way up to the store on Sawdust......argh....same deal.Treated like some....dead beat. No respect for customers at all. NONEAfter writing this, I can definetely say, I will NEVER, EVER Go to KFC again!
I always catch a bad attitude or something through the drive-thru, but recently there was a change. I had a sweet lady take my order who had also joked with me which really made my day.As blonde as I am,This lady asked for my order, and I had told her the famous KFC bowl. She then joked with me and was like girl you aren't at KFC! I immediately started looking around thinking I'm crazy for a min and then she starts laughing and said I'm just kidding pull forward. I had a really good laugh and really made for the start of my day considering I work nights.
Ordered trough DoorDash but I realized I had a wrong address for delivery …I called this KFC location and one of the managers name Melissa answered and after explaining my problem she just said that that was nothing she could do to help me at all … honestly as a restaurant manager myself I know she could cancel the order and then reach out to DoorDash to fix the issue.. So disappointed with Melissa’s attitude and costumer service. Won’t ever order back from this KFC and will tell all my friends about how this management horrible costumer service is about.
My daughter and I went to KFC and she treated me to a meal. I tried the Beyond Chicken Nuggets and they are delicious. I will be getting these again.
