Food and service is good at this location. Always a great place to grab a sub.
The claims "Freaky Fast" and "Freaky Fresh" at this location are – as always – spot-on. My sub was fresh, delicious, bright of color, cravingly tempting of aroma, and exactly the kind of MEAL I expect from a shop with the big JJ logo. I received outstanding service by a staff whose expertise & friendliness is what I have come to expect – every visit – from Jimmy John's!Thanks again!
Customer service definitely lacking. Walked in and I was the only customer in the store. There was ONE person working and she was making what looked to be like approximately 20 “to go” order sandwiches. She told me that she would be with me in a minute. I was there for 10 mins before I left with no sandwich. Unsure why they only have one person working.
I have ordered from this location multiple times with no issues. Recently, I ordered and did not receive my full order. I was told I could get a refund the next day but the manager was rude, argumentative and not helpful at all. I will no longer visit this location for its poor service.
The older short lady is rude and disrespectful to customers, I think her names Eliza I heard another employee say it out. Rolls her eyes. She didn’t even make my sandwich correctly. She has made you lose my service.
Crew is always friendly and makes sure my order is correct.
My mother and I were asked to leave because we saw a worker we recognized I guess we made that person uncomfortable but they deliberately kicked us out for no reason we weren't being confrontational at all. Don't eat at this one.
Today I ordered the ultimate porker for delivery online. I received the sandwich and it has no meat. I called the store and they told me I had to exchange the sandwich and they will deliver the new one. I did it and got the correct sandwich. Shortly after receiving the right sandwich, I got a call from the manager. The manager said that I originally complained about having no bacon and they need to charge me for the ham. I responded no, I said there was no meat. Then the manager, Alysia (I believe was her name),said that since I refuse to pay for the extra ham, I can no longer order from Jimmy Johns. I was accused of stealing ham. This is ridiculous. They originally messed my order up, I am not paying for food I didn’t receive and I am happy to say that I am not ordering Jimmy Johns again.
I appreciate the employees honesty about their driver not having the capability of following signs but nonetheless I feel it is so ridiculous that this location cannot do their job despite where they have to deliver. I work at the college campus across the street where we have several signs everywhere on campus. I mean- how does every other newcomer find their way on campus. Super frustrating as I am not able to order lunch when I have to remain on campus. Please do better or at least train your driver on how to navigate complex's whether it a school, medical complex, or a apartment complex.....
Funny how they can't deliver 2.1 miles away.I used to work here and they had good sandwiches but it's absolutely ridiculous you people can't drive 2.1 miles to deliver a sandwich.Garbage.I'll be ordering from Jersey Mike's, at least they offer delivery through 3rd party.
