[Preface: I'm a trained chef and cook daily, so this might be a bit more judgmental than a review by a normal local yokle who gets fast food all the time and doesn't know a thing about actually prepping, processing, cooking, and serving foodstuffs.]This is my first ever Jersey Mike's Experience. I was bought a #95 sandwich.The meat and other inner ingredients tasted great, the condiments tasted amazing as well. There was a lot of both. Now the reason(s) for the missing 2.5 stars. Firstly; The bread was awful, it was a weak vessel for the amount of inner ingredients and even worse it was also mostly flavourless and that along with the consistency, or lack thereof, gave it an overall cheap like bargin dollar store brand bread feel. Secondly; the sandwich was much messier than any sub sandwich I've ever eaten, which has a lot to do with the poor bread. I'd probably go back for a salad or bowl version of the plentiful recipe variations, but staying very far away from the "homemade in-store daily" bread.
I'd like to thank Matthew for helping us out last minute and getting 20 subs put together and delivered they are a pleasure to work with and their food is always excellent
We went there for the first time yesterday afternoon, and we loved it! The employees were super friendly and helpful! The subs were awesome! We will definitely be recommending them to our friends who have never been there! Best first experience in a while! Y'all have a Awesome crew!
Average service here. Food quality is great. Jersey Mikes is the best quality sandwich place in my mind. Will continue to go here as it’s fast and easy
And hour and a half before closing I was told they are out of Bread. Employees laughed about it. Horrible.
Jersey Mike's has some of the best subs hands down. Staff is always friendly at this location. Great Italian grinders.
This was my first time here and not only was the customer service great, but my sub was delicious! Definitely will be coming back next time I head to this side of town.
Ordered the smallest sub and got the bigger one. No prob, mistakes happen. Cashier was very rude, and acted like I was such an inconvenience. Manager was nice and refunded me the difference. Won’t be back as to not be treated that way for a mistake they made in the first place.
They have really great subs some of the best. Had the big Kahuna tonight very good but the Italian is very good also.
First time at Jersey Mike's even though it was a lil pricey, you get what you pay for, great philly cheese steak
