dear lord we waited 30 minutes for one smoothie. three people who ordered AFTER us got their’s first. waste of time. it doesnt take 30 minutes to make one drink. also the employees were literally sitting on their phones outside of the booth too.
The girl who was there had a lot of work and took a bit longer to take my order but she was extremely nice and had great energy, the smoothie was delicious!!
PLEASE UPDATE THE HOURS!!! THIS LOCATION IS IN THE MALL AND THE MALL WAS CLOSED!!!
I would have rated five stars if they'd've updated their hours and other info however, digital incompetence hurts in the digital age. Dear marketing department, please, get your act together and post correct information. This location is NOT open around the clock, like the listing says.

Terrible service. I was there waiting for 10 minutes and at the end they gave me half of a medium size that I asked. Never buying here again!
Management encourages serving dairy in vegan/dairy-free products without notifying the customer. This is not only completely inappropriate, as it violates customers’ personal choices, often their beliefs or lifestyle, but is a MAJOR health hazard. People with a dairy protein allergy, lactose intolerance, or just simply who would get sick because they dont consume dairy by choice are being put at a major risk. This is disgusting and so dangerous. Management and co deserve a huge lawsuit
If you have tried Jamba Juice elsewhere, you will know that unfortunately the taste is not the same in Woodlands. I don't know why but it's not so good.
