Churros...Is the best..But,IDK why in places like this, Starbucks, Mac Donald, and so on, the cashiers at the drive through window think they can keep your change... without your permission... ?Dozens and dozens ok kept cents, make $$$$$$$$$$$ No? ?
I was told that they weren't serving breakfast anymore at 1p.m. on 4-9-22.Pretty sure breakfast is to be served all day and night at Jack In The Box. On to the next.
Hours of operation need to be updated if you’re not going to stay open through duration of hours stated you’re open. Saw on google maps this location closes at 12am on Thursdays, verified on JitB website this location didn’t close til midnight before heading that way, only to arrive at 11:45pm to a closed establishment. Though it looks open—lights are all on in the kitchen/drive through area as well as the drive through menu being lit up and a couple cars in the parking lot. Only to sit at the drive through to nothing. I said “hello” in hopes that the off-chance they didn’t hear my car drive up. Nothing. Waited a couple minutes, went back online to check the website to make sure I hadn’t misread the day/times. Nope, says closes at midnight today.Drove around and either all the staff left or they’re hiding out in the back cause when I looked through the windows there was nobody visible.I understand if you don’t want to be open late, but update your hours so I don’t waste my time and gas going to a closed business, only to now have to resign myself into going to McDonald’s instead.Posting here because I know if I call to try to inform management of the staff shenanigans then it won’t end up getting to management to have anything resolved.And as I sit here in the JitB parking lot typing this, all the lights in the place that were on (that made it look open, including outside parking lot lights) just turned off at 11:56pm, so either they’re on a timer or there really is staff hiding out in the restaurant just not working but getting paid.Incident occurred on Thursday, March 24, 2022 11:45pm for reference.And just as I’m about to hit post, I saw two people walk out the door so yeah, people hired just not wanting to work their entire shift.
This location has increasingly not allowing app orders so I've pretty much quit going there. Food is alright for fast food just not able to collect/redeem rewards so either drive a few miles away or choose something else.
If I could give 0 I would. Showed up on January 22nd at 1145pm the hours on the door and website show 1am. The lights were on there was a white sedan in the parking lot. Pretty upsetting you allow your employees to steal company hours like that. If the kitchen couldn’t work then that’s one thing and shut it down, and have an auto mated voice. But do not jist listen to your customers and giggle through the drive through and lock your self behind a door.I know this isn’t going to do anything for anyone but maybe a warning for those, go to the location off rayford!
Had my normal egg rolls and they were good Just a quick bite to eat
The staff is friendly and efficient. The drive thru line moves quickly even at peak times. The Spicy Tiny Tacos are one of my favorites!
I placed my order got to the window and the lady at the window was so rude. She had the biggest attitude when giving me and my daughter our drinks then when I told her I had a mobile order she was more ruder. My gosh if you don't like your job don't work there. And then when I told her to have a better day in Spanish and she was shook her face turned as white as my skin. Ugh unprofessional.
Posted hours are closing at 1am on Friday. At 10:15 pm the drive thru was closed off with a cone and the inside was closed as well.
Got there 40 min before they should be closing and the manager amd employees were already getting on their cars while a lot of people waiting to get service and the drive through no one had the guts to say anything like they were closing early or stop the people from keep getting in line.
