The manager Chris will cuss out his customers when they inform him that his hand made sign that says cash only is asked to be put near the drive through sign where customers can see it. Instead of him realizing his lack of he says get the f out of my store. Excuse you. You're the special one who has the sign at the payment window, not where people can see it. As someone who comes to this store daily for cold drinks while in between jobs, this behavior of a manager is disgusting. Then when we go inside to get our drinks and pay card he wants to go behind the counter and make fun and talk bad. I hope CHRIS is fired.
Their dine in hours say the dining room is open until 10pm during the week. That’s a lie. I went to order inside & the door was locked at 8pm and they don’t even answer their own phone, they send you to the fax machine type answering machine with a high pitched ringing in your ear. There was NO sign on the door about the dining room being closed early or temporarily. And on Google it says that they do dine-in sooooo what the heck ?
The phone number for this location online is wrong. This location confirms my order from the Jack in the box app and when Uber went to pick it up they cannot find my order. I have waited an hour and a half and this happens regularly with Jack in the box whether it be this location or another I'm just very frustrated that this location couldn't get their stuff together. I cannot talk to a manager and I'm not going to waste my time calling corporate right now I'll do that tomorrow I think a bad Google review should be enough for now. Let's say I would have received my food after the hour I waited either way would have been cold. I am very upset with this experience and the fact that I cannot communicate with anybody into the store makes me even more frustrated. Don't order from the store unless you're doing it in person to make sure they do their job correctly.
Food was good but service not so much.
I have been coming here for years and I absolutely love this location. Food is always fresh, yes sometimes it takes a while but that is just like any other fast food location. Great staff!
Order was ready in an expedient manner. Was able to get in and get out. This is always a desirable outcome when you're constantly on the go.
The fountain machine NEVER works.
This location needs to close down, it’s so run down and the food is always old and cold. The person that owns this location is a terrible owner and has no idea how to run a business. The people that work here are not clean and you can see this reflect on the property. The person responsible for responding to all the reviews posted about terrible experience people have at this location always seems to say “We are sorry, this shouldn’t happen” they obviously don’t care since the problems have yet to be resolved and this location is nasty, serving cold food with staff so terrible they seem to hire anyone that comes in their front door. STOP APOLOGIZING AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT OTHERWISE CLOSE THIS LOCATION.

They make great sandwiches when everything is fresh, but Jack In The Box WILL serve old freezer burnt foods. Also, their drinks are DISGUSTING not matter what location.
