My wife and I have a love affair with Mexican food and we like to try all the local offerings. We always end up back at Guadalajara. It serves standard fare Mexican food, but what sets it apart is the quality of the ingredients and the lack of grease when making it. In other words the food looks and tastes clean and fresh. They accommodate special dietary restrictions as well. The restaurant itself was purpose built and always has a nice vibe. I’ve seen the same managers/waiters there for many years. There is no wifi and AT&T has a dead zone there, which is ironic since there is an AT&T store next door. It

My wife and I visited (on our 45 Anniversary), long time patrons. Our wait staff was very nice and efficient. What has happened to the food? My beef fajita tacos were a 3, normally a 5. The refried beans were ? what were they??pumpkin???, Our Frozen Margaritas were frozen-too tart- little alcohol, the salsa bland, no pizazz. Wow $70.00 for 2 tacos, 2 chicken enchiladas, 2 frozen tarts, and some ground up tomato and some rice. Way to go Brandon. Very disappointed.

When we first walked in, we knew we were in for a treat. It looked great, smelled great and was comfortable. Looking at the somewhat high price may turn you away, but the value and portion size you get for that money is totally worth it.The only complaints we had was that the guac we ordered may have been a little heavy on the lime, but honestly, it was still delicious and fresh. The other was that their pinto beans were a little bland. The chips and salsa are exactly what you'd expect at a place like this, also fresh and delicious. Our meals (both in the restaurant and reheated at home the next day) were phenomenal. I'd compare them to Pappasito's Cantina. If you love their food, you'll love this too. Best part is, they're not usually as crowded as Pappasito's tends to be.

Delicious food and fast service. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. I had the fried chicken enchiladas and they were AMAZING! The jalapeno ranch sauce was delicious with the chips as well. The fried chicken enchiladas are not on the dine in menu, so be sure to ask for it if you want to try that. I recommend looking at their online menu because they have way more selections.

My first time I visited here , it was a Saturday. I was on a date .I ordered beef enchiladas with extra meat on both. They were soo good I ordered extra on the way out and was so excited that i left the extra enchiladas I bought there.I craved for their enchiladas for a week until I finally went back on my lunch break on a Tuesday , I ordered the same thing . It was cold and old.I went back with a friend during the week and it was the same cold and old tasting. Two months later on a Saturday I placed a to go order ( ordered 3 enchiladas) and my meat was not done, it was pink .I will always remember my first time here, but I decided after inconsistency I will make my own.

The salsa made was cold and tasted like the one you get in the bottle from the store. The food tasted average and very pricey.

Lunch was good and the service was fast. Ask die the green salsa with the chips and salsa. It's a blend of cilantro and a white sauce that's very good.

I have counted on this restaurant and chain for many, many years. Maybe it's the nearby competition but... poor quality wont save them. I stopped by for lunch . I had to return the Guadarita. The bartender admitted that he prepared it in a vessel that was not thoroughly cleaned! I decided not to replace it. When the food arrived it was not even hot - warm maybe! And it didn't take that long from ordering to serving so I don't know how that happened. I decided to take it home and heat it up. So I paid $18 for a disappointing meal that I could not eat without fixing it myself. Over the last year I have noticed a definite down turn in service and cleanliness. They still serve the best tasting cheese enchiladas but they will cost you a lot. I hope they get new management soon or we will lose another hometown restaurant.

On the outside, it looks like your typical Texmexican restaurant. Attentive service and patient with a large group.Guacamole should not be missed. Typical flavor but the chunks of avocado was delicious. Chicken tortilla soup had a nice creaminess and was very flavorful. Shrimp Salad was ok. A bit dry but still good. Bacon wrapped shrimp made it a little too fatty. Adult beverages were good but spendy.

Loved the place!!! So authentic, colorful and made with love! Food and service are great!
