The staff doesn’t listen intently while taking orders and the customer service was lacking today. I ordered the cheese fries that are on the menu under “cheese fries” I was charged for fries with cheese on the fries, no big deal it’s a simple mistake. When our food was delivered, we explained that it wasn’t what we ordered. They didn’t apologize, they came back and said that will be $9.73 for the cheese fries… poor customer service

Stumbled upon this place after doing some shopping and was glad we found it! My girlfriend and I split an order of cheese fries and the California chicken sandwich but I must admit, I didn’t want to share after the first bite ?. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was laidback and the awesome staff is very attentive. Since seeing the happy hour menu we intend on becoming regulars. Make your way to Grub Burger Bar and thank me later!
It's clean. Noticed it immediately on walking in. This is important. I shouldn't have to guess if the restaurant is clean where I can't see and being clean where I can see helps. Staff is robotic. No smile. No hello. They appear burdened by the presence of a customer. 4 in my party. Ordered the OG Chicken sandwich, sauce on the side so I can taste the food. Unfortunately I should've asked for the sauce on it. The source is questionable as the breast used for my sandwich is double the size of the bun so likely chocked full of steroids and antibiotics. Food is cooked well but has no flavor. Breaded chicken and sliced pickles on a toasted bun. Wahoo. Chicken breading is basically just flour. Chicken itself only had whatever salt it left with from the farm. Same with the onion rings - cooked very well but boring and bland so be sure to get something to dip them in. Cafeteria style ordering with a bar. Serve yourself drink station. Nothing amazing to talk about here. It's clean and they have food and drinks. May try other items next time but in no hurry to return.
We frequent this location about 5 times a year. We really enjoy the cheesy fries. The burgers are good, but nothing special. There are definitely better options around. The reason for the 3 stars is that I feel it is overpriced for the quality. If everything was 20% cheaper, I think it would bump it up to 5 stars, but for the upscale casual sector, it just falls short. That doesn't prevent us from going, but it is more of a "craving cheesy fries" place than a restaurant we go out of our way for. Always clean, always timely order fulfillment.
This is the best burger I've had in a while! Sorry you can't see the beauty, but I dug in way to quick. The only problem? It's not in my hometown.
Cashier could be more attentive and excited but overall my burger, fries was fresh and very delicious.I would definitely come back on a Sunday afternoon.
Beware what they say they have is not what they have. The ranch is actually jalapeño ranch. The burgers were over cooked and charred. The only good thing was the Mac n cheese. But still wasn’t good enough to pull them out of the horrible experience I was already having.
Been here a few times and the burger has always been cooked to order and had a really nice taste. The chicken sandwich is good as well and they give good portions. The prices aren't too bad but you do have to pay extra for fries/other sides which is kind of lame. They have pretty decent drink specials on certain days so you might want to check that out depending on what you like to drink.The milkshakes always look really good and I've seen a good amount of people order them but never tried one myself.
Great food. Good atmosphere.Nice people, good service. Priced as expected. We enjoyed our visit very much.
