I come in every week to sit in Andre’s section. He has amazing serving skills, is very well mannered & an has incredible personality. Y’all should sit in his section if you come, you won’t be disappointed. My favorite thing on the menu is definitely the Plato Soldado because every time you buy a plate $2 is donated to Camp hope.
If you are looking for a wonderful friendly atmosphere with your family or friends, Gringos is the place to go. Ask for Kristi! Kristi was not only friendly, but so helpful. When our family returned to Gringos a second time, she even remembered us and brought our favorite salsa! The Amazon sauce!!! Delicious!
I absolutely adore this location! Everyone is always so friendly, from the hostess, busters and especially the servers. I always get the lovely server Andre. He is an absolute sweetheart every time I come in. He offers me new things to try and always make sure I get the best service! He is definitely a golden star of The Woodlands Gringos location ☺️!
I’ve been here twice for lunch and overall, both were good experiences. The food is decent and one of the platters contributes every two dollars earned to a charity for veterans, which is also a really great cause. The service has also been attentive and the employees all have been super.My main gripe with the location is the pricing. A quesadilla with only cheese costs $12, even WITHOUT sides. Even the tortilla soup adds up to $10 on its own, which in my opinion, seems excessive and overpriced. You’ll end up spending around $12-$20 no matter what you order. Another issue I had both times, is when the food arrived, both the quesadilla and nachos weren’t very hot.
The food is always really good but whoever is packing to-go orders needs to check for accuracy. We’ve ordered food for delivery multiple times and its wrong most times. Like paying for steak fajita tacos and getting one steak and one chicken. Forgetting sides or only giving a tiny bag of chips for 5 people. If they can improve on that I will happily change this to 5 stars.
I had a great time at Gringos! My server Philip was AMAZING ?. He was very pleasant and personable with a great personality. Philip was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely be back because of his awesome customer service.
They ran out of propane for the outside heaters. I was cold. However, the great service by our waitress named Taylor and the good food made it worth it.
Love this place.Wait staff is awesome. Food is always good. I like trying something new from the menu each time I go in. I always ask what's good today?Always love hearing what the waitess or waiter has to say.Hope you will enjoy it as well.
My wonderful wife and I spent a very short evening with you on our 20th wedding anniversary. it couldn't have been better. Gary our waiter was the best! and not to mention the food. Some of the best. A big thanks goes out to Gary, the staff and Russ for starting all this great "stuff" !
