Even though they were busy we were seated after just a few minutes. Our drink order was taken and delivered and we ordered our pizza. And then the wait started. I had to get up and go ask for a beverage refill myself. More waiting. The waitress after 50 minutes came by and said I'll check on your order. More waiting. My husband went to the desk to see our check in time and the manager heard what he said. The manager then checked and our pizza was delivered after an hour wait. He did apologize and did give us a very nice discount. The pizza was good but not anything special. It would be nice if there was a single size dinner salad. They have a meal size only.
The restaurant was clean. They were very busy, although busy we had very good service, service time for food was ok not the quickest, but we were in good company so we didn't mind. I deducted 1 star with our bread they did provide the balsamic vinaigrette and oil together, just gave us olive oil. Anyway, overall great experienced. Family friendly. Great pizza!
Excellent House lemonade with strawberry puree. We started with the small Mediterranean salad - enough for two people and fantastic. Then we ordered a 16-inch traditional pizza with white onions, spinach, jalapenos (lots of heat to them) and half pepperoni. It was delicious! Thin crust with an excellent cheese to sauce ratio. Every member of staff we interacted with, including one we ran into on our way out to our car, was charming and incredibly accommodating. Definitely one of the happiest group of servers we've come across in some time. It was a great experience!
After a pleasant evening of taking senior pictures with my son, we decided to try this pizzeria. First, let me say that our waiter Myles was amazing. He was friendly, warm and offered suggestions of menu items that were good. When we initially sat down, my sister requested a water and because he was wrapping up with other tables he sent another waitress with the water. We were a party of 7 and the lady returns with one water. When asked for more waters for the entire table with a short and annoyed response said “I’ll let your server know.” By this being an hour before closing, the restaurant was practically empty. The same young lady proceeds to return to provide our table with plates and silverware still maintaining an unpleasant disposition. Slamming the menus on the table, along with the flatware. The evening progressively worsens as we noticed a large cockroach crawling on the wall behind us. The roach was massive. We alert the staff and we are told that the manager is coming. Another young man and same young lady from earlier make an attempt at capturing the roach. For the length of time it took for them to address the problem I’m not sure if they even caught it. The waitress from earlier makes a comment saying, we are in Texas as if that should excuse this problem. The manager Pablo comes, offers his apologies, and again excuses and deduces the issue to a location problem. He says because the restaurant is located on the water, seeing roaches is expected. He apologizes and that’s it. Didn’t offer any compensation for the evening or anything. When we think matters can’t get any worse, it did. After eating most of what we ordered, my sister discovered a hair in her food. It appears to have been baked in the pizza. We alert Pablo yet again and he comes over with begrudging apology. He offered a dessert sampler and removed ONLY that one pizza from our bill. At this point our dinning experience has been ruined. We can’t take any leftovers home because we don’t know what we are eating at this point. Rather than offering to compensate the entire meal he removed the one ticket item as well as a dessert that had been ordered prior to the hair discovery. We didn’t bother with haggling the bill because a good customer service experience would have been to offer to comp the entire meal after experiencing terrible customer service from the waitress, seeing a huge cockroach, and discovering hair baked in the pizza. Needless to say this review will be followed up with corporate letter, a comment left on their social media and warnings to anyone who is ever interested in dinning there.
Sat for 10 minutes while 7 people stood around folding boxes. No one ever greeted us. Unfortunate because the pizza actually is pretty good. But bad (in this case, no) service is simply unacceptable.
Horrible service. The host (young teenage male) was so busy texting his friends and hitting on female customers that I was seated at a table with no napkin or silverware - which wasn't rectified the e tire time that I was there. It wasn't too busy, but you couldn't twll that by how the staff kept continuously disappearing. I supplied my member rewards number and it was never applied to my bill. I used to live in the DFW metroplex and Grimaldi's was my go to pizza place - worth the 30 minute drive. Now I live in Savannah, GA - so my closest one is in Mt Pleasant, SC. Because of this, I was excited to find this location while I was staying in The Woodlands for work. Needless to say, I won't be returning.
good sauce, amazing crust. waiter was hopping and took good care of us
Very good, brick oven, gourmet New York style pizza. Crust is crispy on the outside and doughy on the inside. Good selection of appetizers, entrees, and drinks, including a variety of Italian sodas.
They have some of the best pizza around. Also, the cannoli was sooooo good. Very rich and very sweet.
Pizza arrived cold and dry. I do not know how this place is still in business. Had to add our own ingredients to make it edible(Tomatoes, olive oil for some liquid) So many airy pockets of burned bread cutting the roof of my children's mouths I gave them the emergency speggtio's to their relief. The crust was chewy and they don't clean their pans.
