Great tasting fresh wraps. The bread was super fresh and you watch them cook your meat fresh. I got the chicken bacon and watched them cook all my food. They also melted gooey cheese on top and it was amazing. The sauce they use is also very good. The fries are crispy and the drinks are good. Even though the mall was crowded, this spot isn’t even though the food is amazing
Wow...I didn't expect good food from the mall, but this was really good. I got a gyro. My customer service was normal and got my gyro fast. It was fresh and the bread seemed to be made there...not sure.

Always delicious. I live about 30 minutes away, but anytime I'm in the Woodlands, you can be sure I'm hitting up Great Wraps for lunch
Rude woman who didn't explain anything when I asked questions. She spoke softly and mumbled so I had to ask three separate times and I still didn't understand her. Ended up spending way more money than I needed to. Go to Philly steaks for their ultimate fries and better service. The sprite tastes like literal sparkling water. Very water downed.

Extremely mean lady. She talked and treated very mean and pretended annoyed when taking. Then when Asking to cut the wrap she charged extra. extremely bad and this type of people makes us hate places like this.

Stopped for lunch. Had the Chicken ranch wrap w/bacon. Was very good & filling. Fries were hot and crispy. All employees were very polite & courteous.
My wife went to the great wrap today in the woodlands mall and wanted to try to tropicolada but also thought about trying the berry mango. She requested a sample of the tropicolada and was told "No" point blank- Not "i'm sorry ma'am we can't give out samples" or " we are not allowed to give samples" but just rudely no. I see why they are never busy when we go to the mall. We were very disappointed in the service.
