We had the best experience at freebirds today! They didn’t have the chicken I wanted, so I said I’d wait for it, i the Manager Mike (and staff) was extremely accommodating, his service was exceptional. Offered us many extras for our wait. ( which coincidentally wasn’t for that long). Him and the staff showed us what customer service should look like! Definitely 5 stars!
It’s 2022. They need to take ApplePay & other digital forms of payment INSIDE the store. The employee said “sorry we don’t accept Apple Pay bc we have an OLD set up.” ☹️ LammmmmeBut other than that Love the food and vibes. Always nice. Would love to see that updated.
Really nice location. I like the whole drink machine set up. Very very cool. The lemonade is horrible so don't waste your time. Tasted like watered down sugar. Outdoor seating is really scenic and it's got a nice atmosphere to the place.
Everyone who participated in making my lunch today had exceptional customer service skills. I felt super welcome walking in the doors, & on my last spot (at the register). The gentleman working made my day! Thank you all for providing awesome service! I enjoyed sharing my break with Freebirds (The Woodlands).
Normally fairly decent but today the food was downright horrible. Service was fast, pleasant and otherwise on point, I just couldn't even get through my meal and had to get something else...
I hate giving a bad review hardly never do so... Place was dirty... Food old... Cold... Tasteless... The out side sitting super dirty.. Yuk.. The worst 60 dollars wasted!
If you're hungry for a burrito, Freebirds is the place to go! They have for more meat, bean, and extra topping options than Chipotle, and the service is amazing. Plus, the staff at this location are always fun and talkative.
Great service! Ingredients all look fresh and taste great. Also love their queso way more than a certain other burrito chain.
My wife and I decided to try a new place so we stopped in to eat. I was tricked in to paying 3.50 extra for something which the worker who made my burrito told me wasn't extra. I didn't notice until I sat down and looked at the receipt. When I asked the manager to refund the charge she wouldn't because she says it is clearly marked as extra on the window in front of it. Instead of making it right she blamed me. Half of the tables were dirty when we looked for a place to sit. I'm disappointed in how my wife and I were treated our first time there. Food was good though.
Sub par Mexican food. They use lots of cheap fillers and the least amount protein possible. There are so many better options locally I can't possibly see this place being around much longer.
