Overall, a good experience. There was a notice on the door about staffing challenges, but I received my order just fine. The sandwich was tasty, the potato soup was OK. Oddly enough, they wrote my name down as “Brandon” (that’s a first), but nbd.
If you are closing early you need to have a sign up on the door at least saying that you are closing early. It’s unbelievable that this is the second time I have shown up during your scheduled business hours and the doors have been locked and everyone inside ignores me at the door.

The food was great but the management was amazing! The owner recognized my husband for his service and went out of his way to help me avoid dairy. Would rate more than 5 stars if possible and would definitely come back!
I placed my order at 1252, I got most of my order around 115, but I kept asking for the chicken dumpling soup that was part of my order. We Had already finished the meal and 40 minutes the soup still wasn't delivered. approximately 135pm We needed to go so I asked for the refund for the soup since we can't wait all day, then they just poured a to go cup so they didn't have to refund. Disappointed with that service, why not just deliver the soup in time.
I go to Firehouses everywhere, one of my favorite spots to grab a quick bite, I've probably been to at least ten, but this was the worst one. Didn't get anything about my order right, slow and unfriendly service... had to come back in after realizing my whole order was wrong and wait all over again. Unacceptable. The whole vibe in the place was weird too. Maybe it was the lack of "welcome to firehouse" when walking in.
After not being greeted or acknowledged at the place order counter, we placed our order to go, waited 30 minutes. Unfortunately when we opened our food at home the sandwiches were wrong. I called to try and receive a credit and no one ever answered the phone. Having been a longtime patron of many Firehouse locations, I can say that this one will give the brand a bad name. AVOID. Try another location
Ordered a turkey bacon ranch w/o ranch add sauteed mushrooms. Got a sandwich with no bacon no ranch and no mushrooms. This is even after I brought a red medallion. Called back to speak with someone and no one answered the phone for a hour!
Kimmie is an awesome lady, she has great people and customer service skills. She was very polite when she took my order and was so pleasant to deal with.
This place used to be so good but EVER SINCE COVID the quality has gone down so bad. Our last experience here was so gross, my kid actually got so sick, he threw up 3 times. They don’t even butter the kids grilled cheese...the cheese must’ve been sitting out so long it got rotten. The vegetables were so mushy it was gross. My husband had brisket and it was cold and uncooked even though they told him it would be a hot sandwich. To top it off, there was only me and my 1 year old seen in the restaurant (husband and child in restroom) and the worker is yelling out a name for a to-go order. I say it’s not me 4 times, and she actually asks my 1 year old if it’s hers..lol omg
