Used to love this place but the staff has changed things quickly. Was at least 12 people working when I went at 5:15 pm June 23rd.An employee named Alyssa was trying to do her job while two off hours employees (names unknown) were pestering her and other employees and disrupting the dining room. One of them was taunting Alyssa saying “I’m telling mom” so presumably it was her brother. The two were making fun of another employee while he was cleaning the dining area, which kept him from completing his tasks.Where are the managers? Why do they tolerate this? It makes the customers feel extremely u comfortable. These two employees were even blatantly laughing at customers.5 stars to Alyssa for doing her best to separate herself from the situation. 0 stars to the two off duty employees bringing down the entire restaurant. They need to learn that a job is a privilege that can be taken away.

I went my family for ice cream, it was very basic (all had the same cream with different topping) but they were good. Staff was friendly. The bathroom was poorly cleaned and the paper towel dispenser was broken.

Uber Eats Review on this location:I have placed over 20 orders here. Consistently they lack attention to detail. They don’t pay any attention to the notes. They also are lacking with providing condiments. For instance with tacos they never add the taco sauce even when requested. One out of five times my order will be correct. I also order here in person since it’s right by my office and in person they are good and friendly. They just needed to get it together with their delivery service quality assurance.

I love the food at Dairy Queen but was not happy when I ordered a salad with ranch dressing and didn't fet the dressing. Then to be asked to show my receipt to prove I asked for it because she didn't remember me ordering it. I was then told I needed to pay 40 cents if I can't prove it. I felt so disrespected.

Used to like this location but it went downhill fast. Quality is lackluster. Went to order and was told they’re closed but the hours say they’re open. Maybe having the correct info online would be nice so I wouldn’t have driven here. Nice to know Uber can still pick up orders though. No more overpriced Dairy Queen for me.

Some of the friendliest people. I was really surprised. I didn't get names so it was around 1pm March 5th. The gentleman at the front counter, great positive energy and the girl with the color hair was so nice. Really great crew in my opinion.

Ordered inside 2/25/22 around 11:30 am. The gentleman at the register was so polite, friendly, and thorough. I didn't have a very long wait for food and it was hot and fresh. I wish i would have throught to come in sooner. I'll be back frequently I'm sure. I hope the manager of this location sees this and extends compliments to that crew.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. This lady was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in my experience of going to restaurants or even dealing with anyone. First off she totally just stop talking to me and wouldn’t let me finish my order. I drove up to the window she handed my food did not tell me hello did not say anything at all. Then she stuck her hand out and said card for me to give her payment, not “your total is…”Then once I got done I asked for some barbecue sauce and she said it was $.53 a sauce even though I got chicken and fries. I told her that I shouldn’t have to pay for barbecue sauce with getting chicken and she just chuckled and closed the drive thru door shut. Ridiculous.I don’t know who the lady was, because she didn’t have a name tag but she seemed like a manager. she was very rude, unprofessional, and totally disrespectful

My son ordered me a Frito Pie, and a Chili Fries for himself. What a joke!! The Frito Pie was essentially a big salad bowl of Frito's with maybe a spoonful of chili on top. His order came in a hot dog sized carrier with about a medium sized fry and maybe a spoonful of chili on top. At these prices, don't waste your money! The chili is obviously the cheapest canned chili they can buy, and they ration it as though it's their last can. If you want awesome chili, order from Wendy's instead. Sonic is okay too. Theirs tastes caned, but at least they give you more then a spoonful.

My sister and I went today. Last time we will go to this location. Taco meat was nasty. French fries greasy. Coke cola was flat. 1-27-2022
