My coworker and I ordered pizza for lunch, 2 hours later the pizza still hadn’t arrived, no communication saying the order was picked up or if the driver was on the way. After the first call, they said they had to contact the driver, after another 30 minutes I called and it rang quite a few times, no one answered. My coworker called afterwards and they told her they would put her on hold to process a refund bc the delivery driver wasn’t answering, left her on hold for 15 minutes which is when my coworker hung up. We love the pizza here but the service was awful, if we would’ve been able to pick it up we wouldn’t have but that wasn’t possible.
It was our first time there, the gentlemen working there were so courteous and friendly, they surprised us with a free serving of garlic knots because we were new. To make it even better, the pizza was the best pizza we've had in years. We're definitely new lifelong customers now, we had such a good first impression we even looked into the franchising opportunity. Love this place, will definitely be back soon.
Our church had a childrens Valentines party on Sat February 12th. The service from start to finish was amazing! The Food was Fantastic and the service is always top notch! A huge thank you to every staff member there! They made my Vineyard Church of Conore kiddoes very very happy!
Food is always great, from order to food being ready usually only takes about 15 minutes or so. Some nights are busy, I have yet to be there during lunch when they are swamped. Overall great food, good people, Good value
Order turned out perfectly and still warm even though we had to go an extra 10min because we got the wrong location. Tomato basil soup is my favourite and it was delicious! Very helpful staff.
My first visit to Crust Pizza, the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken was delicious and the cheese bread as well. Associates are excellent, will definitely come back to try more items .

Visited Crust Pizza for the first time over the weekend. Ordered a half and half pizza that was prepared perfectly and was very hot and delicious. They have a great crust and use really fresh ingredients.
We got the thin crust extra large Margarita with extra mushrooms.Always an excellent choice.
I ordered a GF (gluten-free) pizza. The dough was undercooked and disgusting. Didn’t even finish the whole thing. Waste of time and money.
