Found this amazing Bakery on father's day when I got off work. The cupcakes were a Big hit with my family. I got the cookie sandwich which by the way never made it home.... I could not stop eating on my way home. So good!
I’m not one to leave reviews usually but I’m frustrated. I really love crave cupcakes. It’s nice that they have an option for people with allergies and an option for diabetics. My problem is that I live over 30 minutes away and on two separate occasions I have called ahead to ask about the 007 cupcake for my diabetic father. When I ask if they can hold one for me…the answer is “no, but we have 5 left and they should be here when you get here.” So, I hop into my car immediately and spend the time, energy, and precious gas money to get these cupcakes only to arrive and be told “sorry, someone came in and bought them all. So, I leave empty handed yet again and trek back from where I came from. This may sound silly but it’s so disheartening to find something that a diabetic can enjoy, be assured there would be some, and then be told very unsympathetically sorry, not sorry. Tomorrow is Father’s Day and I was really hoping for a special surprised but I was yet again disappointed by this location and I will not be back again.
I went to this location after seeing some bad reviews, and I paid the price. The cupcakes here do not live up to CRAVE standards. I ordered 8 cupcakes (2 boxes of 4) and 2 Vegan cookies. I've never tasted a cupcake so dry. Literally zero moisture. My family loves Crave, but we will not visit this location again. I'd rather drive 45 minutes to the Kirby location.
Good coffee and cupcakes! They have giant cupcakes you have to order in advance. This nice replacement for birthday cakes.
The staff is always exceptionally friendly and the cupcakes are divine. My personal favorite year-round is red velvet, but I always like to try the seasonal options like carrot cake or the lemon elderberry. You get what you pay for and everything is truly a tasty and beautiful treat.

Came in and had a bad a bad experience with JESSICA. I won't go into full detail, but I will say this. It being my first time to come to this place I have never felt so uncomfortable by an employee in my life. Based on how I was treated I will never go back. Don't offer freshly baked dog cookies if you hate dogs.And if management asks for my email etc then I'll kindly decline and keep going elsewhere. After how uncomfortable she made me feel you have truly lost a great customer. What makes it worse is you were in walking distance of my house and I will now keep walking my dog and myself right past you.
First time at this location. Very nice store! The staff was very friendly & helpful very quick service.
We love Crave cupcakes but hadn’t been impressed by this location. My wife bought several cupcakes yesterday and they didn’t taste very fresh. The cake wasn’t moist; very stale. This isn’t the first time we’ve tried this location. It’s so close to our house but the quality is so much better at the Uptown Park location in Houston. Disappointing!
My husband and I stopped in for a cupcake, everything looked so yummy. We got the red velvet cupcake, it was delicious. We will be going again, I saw a salted caramel that I would like to try.
