@crabbydaddyseafood exceeded my expectations 11/10 ✨This restaurant is located in The Woodlands, TXI loved the Bloody Crab cocktail and Blueberry Bourbon Lemonade ?. The Bloody Crab was a Bloody Mary that came with an crab cluster. The crab cluster start at $15 and the drink was $22 so it was a no-brainer try this delicious drinkWe order grilled oysters and added parmesan and mozzarella cheese, 1 lbs of crawfish with eggs and potatoes, and a house salad. I definitely recommend this restaurant to any of my seafood loversFollow my IG @therealkeilarra for more food content
Well if you used to come here for all of the amazing seafoood, you might want to rethink that. New owners and, the crab cake is not the Maryland style the previous owners used to make. My wife was happy with the crawfish. She said they were seasoned well, not too salty, and fresh. That's the only reason I went 3 stars. They only have a soft menu but I don’t think I'll be back for the full menu. Unfortunate that the previous owner passed away. RIP
First time here, our waitress Robin was super nice! She was very helpful with the menu. I ordered the special Bloody Mary and it was pretty cool with the crab legs and shrimp. Flavor wasn't too bad, wish it was a tad bit spicier or had that option. Jambalaya was flavorful and not overly salty, I ate the entire thing! Calamari was what we expected it to be. Also ordered a dozen oysters which were fresh and delicious, didn't even get a pic before we ate them all ? Crawfish were tasty but only had one level of spice and it was a bit too spicy. I'd recommend adding different spice layers for the crawfish, but otherwise they were pretty good.
If you just want to visit the waitstaff then this is your place. The food isn't seasoned just spicy ( hot ), the batter on the fish wasn't cooked all the way through. 2⭐s given because our waiter was super friendly so we tipped her but only paid for the drinks. Check out Drunken Oyster for super good food. Never disappointed $70 well spent
We hadn’t been here before but our server let us know it’s under new management. Well, despite the limited menu (which I think is temporary) it was great! I got grilled oysters and a cluster of crab legs, all very good. My husband got fried shrimp and fries, and both were good but it was crazy how good the fries were. They also tasted like the fry oil was fresh, which made me realize restaurant food never tastes that way to me. Our server was good too. We’ll come back again.I hope the new management keeps the giant crab outside, and if possible makes it even more ostentacious.
New owner and staff are amazing! Still in the “soft opening” stage with a limited menu but in my opinion they are doing an awesome job. The fried shrimp is the best I’ve ever had! My husband ordered the gumbo and was very pleased. The staff is very attentive to the customer’s needs and are very open and receptive to any and all comments and suggestions about the food and service.I love that they have live music and the atmosphere is very upbeat. We’re looking forward to our next visit!
New owner and staff are excellent! Upon arriving the waitress informed us that they were under new ownership and that they were currently under a "soft opening". The fried calamari was amazing, followed by the crab cake which was just as good, my wife ordered the fish n chips and loved it. We finished it off with some craw fish that were succulent af... the bartenders are awesome, and the wait staff is very prompt, over all a great experience.
Great place - grilled oysters were awesome - boiled crawfish really good and spicyDefinitely comin back
The owner, Nick, is awesome. On multiple occasions he has come by the table to personally ask about our experience and if we needed anything. People need to review this place for what it is; A family-owned restaurant and bar who gets their seafood fresh from the same family-owned fish market next door. This is not a michelin gourmet restaurant, nor is it a quiet, personal, romantic eatery. This is your local seafood house and bar. The place is meant to be lively, the live music is supposed to be loud, the bar busy and the environment buzzing. The beer and oyster specials for Astros games brings us, our friends and neighbors in where there is plenty of drinking and hollering. The food is good, the prices are fair and the environment is fun. Make sure you keep those 'stros game night specials going, Nick!
