I loved Cinnabon when I was a kid and wanted my son to try it for the first time but unfortunately our experience wasn’t that great. The owner or the guy at the counter isn’t friendly at all he’s just rude! He gave me a hard cinnamon roll that looked like it’s been sitting out all day when he had a fresh batch sitting right next to it. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and tried it anyway…sure enough it tasted just like it looked hard and stale :/ I went back and asked him for a fresh one, he opened the box, poked it with a fork then gave me one of the fresh ones but with a bad attitude. He knew exactly what he was doing when he handed me that stale cinnamon roll! The fresh one tasted amazing! It tasted how I remembered it the first time I tried one 10 years ago and how I described it to my son. “He said wow this is amazing”….so Why give your customers something that you know has been sitting out all day? To save money? Giving them a bad product will only insure they don’t return! you will loose money in the long run! Nobody wants to pay $7 for a stale cinnamon roll! I own a business and I would never! It’s sad that people don’t take pride in their business anymore. I’m leaving a review because of how rude he was and lack of customer service.
I hadn’t had a bun in awhile and was surprised when I downloaded the app and received a free item but as I walked to the location I opened the app with the coupon but by the time I got to order and pay the coupon expired. I did however purchase the regular with Carmel and nuts that was delicious.
After going to the mall on a busy Sunday and walking around awhile, my son got hungry and wanted something to munch on. We decided to stop by at Cinnabon, there were 3 or 4 customers in front of us but we were all attended to very quickly, the ladies at the register were nice and friendly & our roll was fresh and warm. Per our experience and how clean the kiosk looked we would definitely recommend and we’ll personally be stopping by again next time we are at the mall.

Wanted a six pack of Cinnabons to share as a family. The lady couldn't find a six pack and then said we could just buy separate. After one of us bought one she said she could make a 6 pack for us, but we had already bought one. Then she didn't charge for extra frosting and had to re scan the debit card for the extra frosting. We also watched as they messed up 2 other orders by giving them the wrong number and size of Cinnabons.
I ordered a cinnamon roll and discovered while eating it that it was raw I returned it and asked for another one they gave me another one and it turned out that it was raw to I am very disappointed I do not recommend this particular cinnabon

do yourself a favor and go to a different location. there is absolutely zero quality control at this one
Found a hair in my Cinnabon that I was so much looking forward to eating. Thanks it all went to the trash
