Didn’t get food, slow service, refills on drinks were awful
I went this Sunday. Staff were very friendly, polite, detail oriented, excellent service, great customer skill had the team who service my table. The restaurant was crowded when I arrived but 15 minutes later was less people in ( I went around 3:15pm for late lunch). The food was good, but one of the 10oz beef was no so juice as normally is. But beside that the rest was very good. The coconut margarita were awesome (recommemded). Overall Excellent job.
Service was slow, tables were dirty, floors dirty, given dirty plates to eat our appetizer on. NO napkins. When I asked, they were out. Did bring us a couple of bar ones for 4 adults & 1 8 month old. Had to ask for drink refills.Our waitress was friendly & did the best she could. Her coworker complained loudly about the tips that were left for her. Mind you, we were right there.Have been to this location before. I was shocked at how dirty it was.

Emily was great ? fantastic smile and energy and I never felt neglected. Food was perfect, I can't remember a negative experience at Chili's ?️.
The food was good, but the booth we sat at one of the bench seats had a large tear in it, the waitress was not very attentive at all, we didn't get silverware until after our food was served & if we needed anything we had to practically chase down our waitress. The molten cake advertised a "scoop" of ice cream on top, but apparently they only had a melon scooper to serve it up. Considering the place wasn't full I would have thought the service would be better. I've been to other locations & got much better service. Sadly I'm not sure I'll recommend this particular place or even return to it. And apparently the staff doesn't have to wear masks or social distance either.
Quick dinner date... Clean, fast service, great customer service, & food was hot/fresh.
It was a great experience as always, friendly staff and great service. The margaritas are awesome.
Being understaff is a tough situation!But to have people who do do there job is another manner good was way over cooked and they served queso that looked old and the color was orange and milk for a child that was sour. Please do better! Thanks!
My wife insisted on take out from Chili's. First order they completely left out our main entree. My wife should have checked, but the bag was sealed so tight and the server tricked her by reading off the order and insisting everything was inside. They gave us a gift card and reluctantly ordered again the following month. Took 20 minutes to get the food after my wife pulled up and no condiments for the fajitas. "The boat is inside" said the server. I don't know what that means, but apparently a rough translation, "I hate my job and your food order is screwed up and I'm too lazy to check on it." There were no other cars waiting for take out. This place has really gone down hill. A shell of it's former glory. Stay away.
