Went to use one of my rewards and I asked the guy who helped me in my lane if I could redeem it and add to my order. He looked confused and did not know, he had to call some one else who she said was the coupon queen...I had to wait longer for her to finish her car order, holding up the line because he did not know how to instruct me to hit redeem and scan (which is all the last did). I would say just make sure staff is trained on using app rewards. Order was correct and food was good.
Sorry but it has to be said. This is my least favorite Chick fil A to dine in at. Every time my coworkers and go here for lunch our food is cold or room temperature. Granted they fix it with little to no problems after bringing it to their attention but we only get 30 minutes for lunch. We have stopped coming to this location for at least 2 months because of this issue and decided to give them another chance yesterday and they did not disappoint with the cold food and old chicken. I do want to be clear that this only happens when dining in here. They take care of you in the drive thru and the 1 star was given because of the lemonade because it’s pretty hard to mess that up.
Eduardo, at Chick-fil-A sawdust, went above and beyond and brought. Brought me fresh fries since mine were hard and overcooked. I was sitting out in the parking lot eating and he went by to deliver a meal and as he passed by asked if he could do that for me and he did it with a wonderful smile and a great attitude. Excellent candidate for manager/ franchise.
Always a treat to come here! My son never fails to eat his meal, and it is always hot and fresh! We enjoy eating inside and getting to see the friendly faces that work here!
Sorry but has to be said, love the food, love the people but lord have mercy figure out a dif system than opening 3 separate drive through lanes that completely block off exiting the parking lot. Several times there have been no parking and not even able to get out of the parking lot without waiting in the long line again... Just to get out. That isn't it and is extremely frustrating for everyone who isn't using the drive through..... Figure out something else.
Don’t tell me to go to lane 2 when all other lanes are open. This is a lunch break not free time. Not to mention all 3 men just should there talking to each other while I had my window down looking for help. I waited my turn in lane 2 until cars started pulling into lane 1 and 3 and got there orders taken. I drove off very frustrated, I thought chick fil a was better than this.
Was reading the reviews kinda funny that people will post a one star review for something small. Even whataburger a decent place has a bunch of one star reviews. Best place as a kid, better than McDonalds, jack in the box, Burger King, ect. I love their ice cream dream-its that they will make sky high with a large, their Oreo cookie milkshakes are the best. Their salads are really good. Their Chick-fil-A sauce or barbecue are the best with even a regular sandwich. I am going to take off one star because in the central Houston Chick-fil-A they closed the store for “coffvid” and you had to walk through the drive through. I really like supporting a Christian company, it’s kinda expensive but I think it’s always worth it. I want to work there but their website is messed up. Even in my twenties is still my favourite, would want to go there as a kid. Really liked going into a play area, long time ago they had a Nintendo 64 with Kirby. Kanye made a song just for Chick-fil-A, not really sure about his music but it’s pretty cool to see someone change. There is another guy like him called Brian Welch from the band Korn.

Who doesn't like Chick-fil-A? The service is alway polite, the food good and you're out super fast. I love the lemonade too.
This location is always quick and gets my order correct with ease. Food always good here.
