I Love chic-fil-a! I’ve been going to chic-fil-a since I was a child. The lemonade is always very refreshing. The food is always hot, and the staff is always friendly. I am Nov giving Chic-fil-a 2 stars rather this location. Yes, Thai location meets the criteria I mentioned above however my order has been repeatedly incorrect and or missing items. Additionally, I’m not sure what the issue is with this location but the tasty fried chicken batter that chic-fil-a is known for has been somehow bland several times at this location.I’d love to see these issues resolved in the near future as this location is very conveniently placed but for now I’ll drive to the Sawdust location.
Never thought I would ever visit a bad chick-fil-a until I came to this oneThe parking is already awful, then they are very unorganized and they gave me the wrong drinks had to go back inside to get the right ones only to have to go back inside because they didn’t give us strawsAnd the girl working the window literally just threw us the bag then took off running and laughingI know it’s a bunch of kids working but even at that…Most definitely never coming back
I am very disappointed with my last few visits here. Today was the last straw, and quite frankly upsetting that I had ANOTHER bad experience. I use the app every time I come here and I had a coupon to redeem and rang my order up separately to get my coupon and the employee told me it took it off and than IT DIDNT. For the second time that has happened. Than when I pulled up to tell them as I waited for my food they just seemed to busy to wanna help nor understood what I was asking for, so I just told them not to worry about it because I only have 40 mins for my lunch. Also my fries were cold today and I didn’t get all my dressing or sauces. It’s very inconvenient to me and all the other issues I e had. I feel like they are more focused on the speed than the order accuracy most days here. I know it’s a busy fast food environment and they don’t wanna hold up and cause traffic. BUT my value as a customer and experience still matters. I will definitely not be coming back for awhile as I am very frustrated with this specific location. I did also very openly heard them speaking unkindly of another customer that had a messed up drink order as well. That stuff should not be heard amongst others like that, how does that sound/ look?! Hopefully something changes.
4-26We came in the middle of lunch rush.Andrew took our order and was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The food was of good quality and the service was excellent.Diane was excellent as well.
Thank you to this Chick-fil-A for providing a wonderful and fun evening for my kids on 4-12-22 BTW Patrick has wonderful energy and amazing milkshake skills. Thank you for helping my clumsy son out when he not only broke his milkshake cup but also dropped it outside on the way out. We really appreciate what you guys do.Thank you,The Fisher Family
Some of the waitress in this location clearly need some training. But of course, others are great just as what you expected. We ordered coffee and asked three cream cups. The waitress brought no cream. We asked again, no cream brought back.. Then asked again with different one, no cream brought back. Until the third one, he apologized and told us that they have no cream left, but then brought me some different kind. The person placed order and the first two waitress should tell us that.
Typically I try to avoid fast food, especially chicken, however since moving to the USA end of last year I was curious why my friends raved about Chik-fil-A. Still don't understand the name but I understand the hype now, the grilled chicken sandwich is all I order and what more do you need for a quick treat?It is phenomenally tasty, and the classic lemonade, lot of sugar but it just goes down so easily, very refreshing with the chicken sandwiches.
Gave me the wrong orderI am pregnant && all I can do is CRY I am so aggravated the only thing that was correct was the ice cream cone. This seems to happen often . It’s too busy to go back so I have to just deal with it
This location is so bad ?. I was going to give it the benefit of the doubt until I read the other similar, recent reviews. Three really dry, tiny chicken sandwiches and our order took 15+ minutes. I really wouldn't mind the wait but it seemed like most (not all) of the workers could care less. It felt like half the employees were on their phones in the side room while multiple people were waiting the same amount of time on their orders. Not mad because it's just a bunch of kids without but probably won't go back to this one. Save this location Chic-Fil-A! I owe you a couple 5 star reviews at others!
This is my second bad experience as a customer /contractor!Today I pull in to order breakfast at the Woodlands chic fil a and a door dash order pops up, so to make it less of a headache of asking other customers to let me out of the line I would just ask the cashier to hand me the order from the window.After handing me my order the young lady says you will have to park and come inside to get your order.No worries but when I get inside there's no one placing orders and the doordash order is about 10ft away from the window where I just received my order.I ask the manager why was it such a big issue handing me a doordash order that came from the same counter as my personal order. Not to mention that I just set in your line to pay for my personal order.I was told by the manager that it was company policy to have all contractors park and come in to pick up orders even if you have a personal order.This is the only fast food restaurant that has made an issue.I won't order or pick up deliveries here anymore.
