This location USED to be reliable. I was just shorted a sandwich on my drive thru order. When I pointed it out, an employee asked for all my food back and went to compare it vs. my receipt. They then had the audacity to tell me I didn't pay for it and showed me the receipt. I then had to show the incompetent employee that the missing sandwich was on the receipt. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Good thing there are other locations to visit.
For some reason this location has issues with my orders every time I visit last time I received spicy chicken instead of the regular chik fil a sandwich... this time they completely forgot my daughter’s hash browns... they weren’t even busy this time normally I don’t make a big deal out of these things but it seems to be consistently happening. Please get the orders right and give the people what they used their hard earned money to pay for.
I am a chick fl a lover, I go and get coffee every morning and leave my house at the same time everyday. However recently when I arrive they are completely crammed with a line out onto the street. I feel like this has never been a problem until a couple weeks ago. I’ve also had times where I’m waiting in line for 10-15 minutes in the middle of the day, or even had to leave the line because I was going to be late for work. I was in line for almost 20 minutes and had already paid. One of my favorite things about chick is that they are so fast and now I just don’t even want to go bc of how slow the service has been. Dissapointing ?
absolutely horrible service. we ordered a sandwich fries and nuggets. the sandwich didn’t even have chicken the fries were half full and the nuggets were burnt crumbs. coke also half full lol. thanks y’all
Gave me way to much sauce. If you rate something 5/5 your giving them a one because that's how fractions work. ?
Always have excellent service. Friendly and quick. High quality food. Use this location frequently. Never any problems.

We have always had good customer service here. Until today. We placed an order for 4 people got home and realized they forgot a meal. We called to see what could be done. The manager said she could refund it or give us the wrap. Shouldn’t she do both as it was there mistake?? Not happy.
Long lines, no masks for nuggets and fries. Thanks but no thanks. I'll avoid COVID & get my fast food fix elsewhere.
I love Chick-fil-A but this is not a good location. Twice they have forgotten parts of our order and I didn’t notice until I got home. It’s also the only location that refuses to have your mobile order ready if you select in-store pick up. It defeats the purpose completely of having in-store pick up if you’re in a hurry. If you click I’m already here they still refuse to put it together or cook it until you come in and check in with them. Also the fries were completely green last time. I don’t think this place is good as other Chick-fil-A‘s at all
