Coming from someone that only gives 4-5 ⭐️I held Carrabba’s at a very high standard when it came to food quality but not today, not this location.I would give 5⭐️ for service. We were a big group and our server was so sweet and attentive. Food on the other hand, not so much. The calamari was very dry, salmon was over cooked, the Cozze (mussels) which is the main reason why I always go back to Carrabba’s tasted just okay. We brought my boyfriend’s family for their first dinner in Houston after their drive from SA and I’m kinda disappointed we chose to go here.We enjoyed the bread served with seasoning (&olive oil) and the chocolate cake ??

My girlfriend attempted the location several times to place an order for p/u. In time, she spoke with the mgr, who was very and politely apologetic stating they were experiencing system and phone issues. We arrived and the food was ready on time and the curbside attendant was very polite. They even provided a large complimentary drink. Kudos for great service...

The food was less than acceptable. Went here for a lunch date and highly disappointed. Food was either too salty to eat or no flavor at all. Sadly the table next to us ordered almost all the same menu items and they took their leftovers home for their dogs....wow. The only reason for the 2 star is the waiter was attentive.

Delicious Food excellent Service Ashley Carballo was very Nice then our Waitress was awesome We love it.

My Husband and I come to this location frequently but yesterday we were greeted and brought to our table by our waitress. She was so sweet, attentive and respectful! This visit was very moving because my Husband is currently ill battling cancer and she opened up to us about her situation and her beating cancer. Words can’t explain our gratitude and there’s no tip big enough to thank her for her kind words. I believe her name was Jasmine and she was awesome! Just felt the need to share! Awesome job Carrabbas !!

Really disappointing experience. Food was bland, except for chicken Parmesan. Soups, salads, fettuccine we’re merely ok. The restaurant was filthy, dust everywhere, floors were dirty. Restrooms smelled bad, not clean and sticky floors. Bad service, had to ask multiple times for paper napkins, straws, sugar and for the check. Also, the booth seats were old and cracked. It really needs some maintenance and deep cleaning.

Birthday dinner was mediocre. Salad and bread were on target. Unfortunately, my fav Carrabba meal, veal marsala missed. The sauce was too thick, almost pasty. The garlic mashed potatoes were refrigerator cold. I realize CoVid has hit restaurants, but we went early @ 4:30 pm.....

Waitress had trouble remembering our orders. Other staff were great. The food wasnt terrible but it wasn't great. For these prices, I was expecting something better than what I can make at home.

Maybe not close before your closing time. Makes customers feel unwelcomed when staff is running around conducting closing duties while trying to enjoy a late dinner. Food was good, will always be back.

This is what being "short staffed" looks like at the Carrabba's, The Woodlands, I-45. They didn't want me to sit at the bar, so bar tender makes no money...poor management and pathetic excuse not to do a job you could get paid for. Guess, it begs the question, who's making the drinks for the tables while this individual behind the bar surfs the internet? On the quality side, ordered the ribeye this evening. Really good service this evening (01/17/2022). Just a sign on the door stating wait times might be a little longer from the kitchen...totally, understandable. Have me a chance to order a nice glass of wine while I was waiting for take-out order. However, what's definitely not acceptable is receiving the ribeye that's been trimmed to remove the best part of the ribeye, the cap. Take it from someone who's not only cooked steaks in a world class restaurant, this fella also worked in an old fashioned meat market, many other restaurants and am a big time back yard grilling guru, this was bad. Have you ever paid for something you didn't get? Well...Can't use the old, it's only supposed to be 10 oz. steak excuse either. I know that they can cut the, ENTIRE, ribeye thinner to get to 10 oz.Come on Carrabba's, provide the whole steak, the entire chicken breast (not half the breast), and tenderize the breast meat as it provides more surface area for seasoning/ marinated, and flavor. This is the way they do it at Carrabba's Original.
