Pizza is still good here which is why we've visited frequently over the years. However, the customer service at Grogan's Mill location has gone downhill. Quite simply, the employees are rude in the absence of the owner, who used to be on site all of the time. We also visited tonight and the staff had included their extended family in the kitchen and prep area -- at least 3 children who were clearly not of age per our labor laws. They not only took our orders and handled our food and money, but ran around blowing latex gloves, talking and laughing in the prep areas and basically just being kids. One of them could not see over the counter at all, and at least one other was borderline. But, they are dealing with the customers! There is a reason we have health policy and labor laws used jointly. Among other reasons, kids simply don't understand the concept of "health impacts" in the context of the restaurant industry. Kids do things we simply can't control and I'll leave it at that. Take heed Grogan's Mill, this location has gone way down. If anything, go to Sterling Ridge. Much more hospitable and by the book. And everything that entails! Attaching a couple of pics, one of which has a child looming over the pizza prep area while it's being made. Not good.
Hands down top Pizza place around. From the meatball sub, the antipasto salad, calzone, a slice or a whole pizza it is always delicious and made with care. Cool environment and exceptionally friendly staff. There is a reason I been eating at Brother’s since they were located in Greenspoint mall as a little kid and still eating it to this day. Never been disappointed for over 30 years now. I always eat a couple slices while there and take my antipasto salad to go for a meal later on.
First time here and I have to say I loved it! Top notch pizza, top notch service! I'm from Brooklyn, so I know good pizza and service and they made me feel like a I was in a NY pizzeria with that old school, over the top service you only get in east coast restaurants, they make you feel like family. Only negative is that it's not closer to my apartment lol
Always authentic! Great NY style pizza! And Manny is always Awesome! Highly recommend!
Pizza was better then commercial pizza. Had a New York vibe to it. Real good pizza.
Walking into this place I was kinda sketched out ? it’s very dirty on the inside which usually tells me if they’re too lazy to clean the lobby they’re probably not cleaning the kitchen properly. The food was pretty good but I couldn’t really enjoy it because I was staring at mounds of dust and a crispy dead spider in the corners ? I gave it three stars because the pizza and service was good. Staff is friendly
We ordered delivery to the Woodlands Resort. It arrived quick and the pizza was hot and delicious. The pizza was large and tasted amazing. I would highly recommend giving their pizza a try. Garlic knots were completely devoured by our teenagers.
We love Brother's Pizza. Our favorite location is the Grogan's Mill spot, but they are all good. If you want New York style pizza done the right way in the Spring/Woodlands area, you need to stop in and get a slice (or a pizza pie).
Pizza was fresh and tasty. Would have perhaps used another cheese instead of mozzarella for half the pizza (the one with tomato, spinach and garlic).
Best pizza around... i hadn't ordered from Brothers in a while... so tonight i placed an order only to get a call telling me they were out of the Sicilian crust... so i asked if they could double up a thin crust to create a makeshift Sicilian... they did and created the perfect pizza for me.. thank you for being flexible and making sure we got what we wanted.. the salad was excellent, the calzone and stromboli were awesome and the pizza was not only loaded with toppings, it was cooked perfect... thanks again for the attention to detail and high quality service that keeps us coming back time after time..
