Had to wait 20 minutes past reservation for our table. Drinks were extremely slow to come out. No cold glasses available for beverages so served with hot glasses. Cook was not entertaining at all as usually expected and just went throug the motions. Food quality was lacking compared to prior visits and two noodles entrées went untouched due to horrible flavor.
Jacob, our chef was phenomenal. His performance and display was very entertaining. Food was excellent. Definitely recommend going to Benihanas at the Woodlands
The chef saved the experience but this place needs alot of help. I know the world is short staffed seems like even the waiters and chefs were feeling it. 7pm is not the best time to go.

The fact that they had us waiting for an hour even after making a Reservation, shows that they need better time management skills and better employees. The person that waited on us seemed like he was rushing us to order .
The food was great. Chief was awesome and the service was good. Had a 30 min delay in seating with a reservation. Food is pricey.

Chef was good and entertaining (Matthew I believe). Waiter was great. Had to wait quite a while past our reservation time to be sat and served. Not a huge deal though. Air conditioning is broken but the dining room was still comfortable with temporary units. All in all, the people were all great, food was what you would expect from a place like this, and we left with a full stomach!
We had a reservation booked and still waited an hour and a half before we had a chef at our table. Not the cleanest.
When did an open table reservation and still waiting 45 minutes to be sat. Then I put on the reservation that we were celebrating my son's bday, told the hostess, the waitress AND a manager and NO one sang happy birthday. My son pointed out that other tables were getting the birthday song. Then I sat there waiting for the green tea we were supposed to get and was told after the rest of the table left that it's now only upon request. So I asked her for the tea and 15 minutes later, no tea, so we left. Also, their ac was out and it was stuffy in our little corner but there were air conditioning units scattered throughout the restaurant. Our corner was also very dusty along the window and not very plesent to look at.
