The hostesses were incompetent & rude....thry ignored us as we walked in & then berated us for finding our own table...we left waiting to hear from the manager.
(As Karen Etchison) We were seated at our booth and the seat was completely ripped up. The blinds were covered in food stains. Ordered our food. I have had this salad every week for over a year. It was not the usual lump crab, but shredded, sour, and tasted horrible.
Our family loves Bazille. The food is always excellent! Our favorites are the tacos and the salads. Bazille also has the best tomato soup! The staff is always wonderful to us.
The food was superb, reminiscent of Hubble and Hudson Kitchen. Will come back for sure! I found the prices to be reasonable and the portions to be more than enough, as did my wife!

It all boiled down to the food, it lacked in every department. From taste, to flavor, to texture. Grab you a cocktail here, but skip on food. Periodt.
Nice if you’re shopping and plan to stay in Nordstroms, but the portions here are minuscule at best. Ordered some cilantro chicken tacos as appetizers and I’d never seen tacos so small for $8.50 for two. I wasn’t even sure it was large enough for a child. These tacos were about two inches long. We were terrified what our entrees were to come out like and bolted. Based on value for price paid this place is a a no go for me. You would have to spend quite a bit to cure your stomach growls. Trot yourself out to the Cheesecake Factory or PF Chang’s if your out at the mall to save yourself some grief.
Mother’s Day My only negative is my mom’s eggs benedict arrived last but it was COLD. No, we didn’t tell our server, Aidan. His service was EXCELLENT.
