Bad delivery/Food experience.Dining in I've always had a good experience. I paid 84 dollars worth of food and delivery. The driver took over an hr, when he arrived he had his excuses of "his other job called him and how he was sorry"... food was cold, tasted old, and I definitely felt robbed. Not worth 84 dollars. You're losing it Atsumi, get it together and get rid of lazy workers!
Tuba credit, this was my first bad experience. I have come to this restaurant about once a month for quite a long time now. Even though we arrived at 2:30 and it signaled to our waitress multiple times, she did not put our order in until 3:02 PM to that end, she explained to us that she could not give us the lunch specials but we came there to get. Ultimately we ordered one option each and a drink and it vowed to not try to go back to this restaurant unless we knew we could get there much earlier in the day. It was very disheartening to know that there was only one other table in the restaurant and because our waitress was so busy chatting with other staff we were denied the very items that we came to that place for. Also, the waitress interrupted our conversation not once but twice making it very uncomfortably clear that she have been listening into our conversation and had very strong opinions on my social media activities. She made us very aware that she had discontinued her use of all social media apps and she “felt much better“ then she strongly suggested that we do the same and just continued battling for nearly 10 minutes.
This is the best over-all Asian Restaurant we have located in The Woodlands in our 31 years of residency. My wife and I together, and separately have eaten here a number of times. We have brought guests with us confidently knowing that the dinners would be great. Whether I have a hankering for sushi, Chinese food, or Thai, they always deliver superb, fresh food. We went for our Valentine's meal here today, and once again they made this a culinary experience. Always fresh, clean, and friendly. I love the relaxed feelings while dining here. Never a bad meal! Keep going here! I recommend the Honey Walnut Shrimp...Amazing!
The quality of the food here is not to be underestimated. Hidden away you will find this Asian eatery to be quite authentic with just about every variety of sushi you crave.
Great place! Didn't know it was close to my house. Staff, taste and quality on the food is perfect ?My wife loves sushi and it was hard to find a place near me, for that reason now this is the best option for me! ❤️❤️❤️

Worst food and service I have ever had in a sushi restaurant. The sushi I ordered was bland and I wanted to exchange it for another dish and had to speak with the manager. I explained the sushi wasn’t as I thought it was and wanted to exchange for different dish which was more expensive by the way. The manager went on and on about the dish I purchased was cheaper ,so that’s why it’s like that and how she couldn’t exchange. I said I didn’t want to make it a even swap ,but just take that off for a new dish and I would happily pay for the new dish no problem. She still proceed to argue with me and my sister I was treating to dinner. She said “in the future this will not happen” as if we were children. I was baffled as to why she would go back and forth with us for no reason. Even the other dishes that were 15 dollars plus were subpar. I’ve had better at Kroger with their sushi selection. I strongly recommend not wasting time and money here!
Ping is always very friendly, prompt, great atmosphere and the food is 5 star ⭐️ superior customer service!!! ?
This place was awesome and the service excellent! Food was great and never ran out of drink. Will become a regular spot for the family!!!
