They got my order wrong twice in less than 10 mines not to even mentioned I put in my order to be picked up at a later time I showed up and my order wasn’t even made or started and they had more than 6 people in the kitchen it was just a big chaotic mess I would rather just drive the extra 5 miles from my house to go to the other Wingstop.

Two orders later, same problem.Fast forward a month and I order again. Wings come drenched in oil. About half of a boneless wing was submerged (for all 10 wings). Stuff happens, time flies, I order again. Same issue. I call to let them know, was issued a credit. Delivery orders can only be submitted online. Credit is only good for in-store pick up. Credit can't be used online, and ordering for delivery can't be placed over the phone.In addition, don't bother asking for well done fries. The several times over several months that I've asked, they come covered in a ridiculous amount of salt and almost undercooked.

This is the worst wing stop I’ve ever had. Placed order and was told it’d be ready in 20 minutes.Walked in and needed to repeat my name 5 times to be given the wrong order. Luckily I noticed it said a different name. Gave them that order back and had to wait an additional 18 minutes until my food was “ready”. I got home to eat and I had no ranches or cheese dips that I paid for in the bag and the fries were stale and not “extra crispy” like I ordered.Just drive to the Plano location.
Nothing about this place i like. Rude young ppl in herr. Everybody hovers around talking to each other and ignoring ppl coming in the door. The chicken is too wet. It suppose to be fried but it's not fried enough.
Food is ready promptly and when they estimate it to be, order is nearly always correct out of probably 20 times I have gone there in the past few years only two times was it incorrect. Their prices are decent the food is as it should be they do not skimp out and give you sub par quality food... The only thing that I've noticed is that even though their website said that they are open till 11:00 they are not besides that they are great
The boneless wings were fantastic. The wait was a little longer than normal. So plan ahead or use the online app. Either way they very busy and it will take them some time to get the order to you. 5 stars. I came on a busy day.
Ordered on my android received a ready in 16 to 20 minutes notification so went in to pay and no order was in computer but a total amount and pickup amount confirmed on my phone. I had to reorder and wait.Soooo not happy. I was asked by cashier if I called into another Wingstop. Nope the colony was the only 370 prefix. Fortunately I was very hungry and granddaughter only wanted wingstop. Food order ready and quality was good! We enjoyed our dinner despite the ordering issue
Its business like these the corporate wonder why are we losing money. This Spanish chick kept talking about some white b$%%% of the south. Nevermind customer watching. The cook pulls his mask down and talk all over someone food. Tonight they will get extra DNA I refused to eat here ever again. Just some nasty folks that work here and they all need to learn professionalism
I order from this location on Thursday, Dec 9 and after I ate the wings less than 3 hours later I developed something going wrong with my stomach. I started throwing up and suddenly diarrhea and my body was just aching. After a full day of constantly going to the bathroomAnd not being able to hold anything down I went to the Er and sure enough I had food poisoning. I won’t be ordering from here anymore and for the last 5 years I have been a faithful customer. Wingstop please do better cause the way I feel is not cool. I’m so dehydrated and needed fluids to get me back on the right track and also antibiotics. I don’t recommend this location at all
