Super delicious hamburgers !!!

Have to say this is by far the best whataburger I have been to. No wait time during the week and maybe about 5-10min on the weekend (this is night time hours, love between 10pm-2am.) They are on their game here. Everyone is very nice. But get this, I'm excited about this.... My orders have all been on point, no mistakes. Exactly the way I order it. LoL, I'm excited because I have yet to go to any fast food and they get my order right, especially whataburger. They are usually the absolute worst till now. Great, amazing, best job to the night crew at this location. Thank you thank you!!

Ordered online approximately 10:30 pm. Set it for pick up at 10:45. Arrived at 10:40 pm waited in the drive thru line till I got to the speaker approximately 11:32 pm. Spoke to someone at 11:35 pm. Approximately 11:40 when I got to the window. I watched the person reach down below some sort of table and grabbed my bag. The drink I ordered had ice in it after I asked for no ice and my food has been sitting there for some time. Lettuce was almost transparent. I ordered grilled onions they were not present. All food items were COLD! Dose me no good to order online and pay online if I have to wait an hour to get said COLD FOOD

I love Whataburger, but the staff at this location broke my heart. I am disabled and am accompanied by a highly-trained, clean and groomed, uniformed service dog. I walk with a cane and a limp, and it is obvious that I am physically impaired. Upon reaching the counter to order, the cashier asked for documentation to prove that my dog is a service dog. (Incidentally, anyone who offers proof of their service dog's certification does NOT have a real service dog; they bought the paperwork online so they can take their animal out on the town with them.) Discretely, I informed the gentleman that his question is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and he summoned the MOD.The MOD came to the counter and immediately asked for documentation, and I again explained, quietly, that it was illegal for him to ask that question. He immediately became surly and rude and stated that his superior required him to ask that question because customers didn't want a dog in the store. I recommended, respectfully, that he visit the Department of Justice website and educate himself and the staff about service dog/handler protocol so they could avoid lawsuits by disabled folks who sue for sport.The MOD continued to protest and treat me like an ignorant, second-class citizen. It was clear that he had no interest in treating me respectfully or learning about the ADA's requirements so he could to protect his management, his store, and his staff.My party and I left the store saddened, feeling very small, and without purchasing anything. We went to another location (445 S Central Expy, McKinney, TX 75070), purchased meals, and enjoyed being treated exactly the same as every other customer in the building by their professional, courteous staff.

Not happy about my experience. Staff was great but the place was very unclean. I almost (and should have) left after I saw the restrooms. I could tell that my food was under warming lights. The only plus was the french fries which were hot and fresh.

Absolutely the worst Whataburger I’ve been too. They messed up our ~very~ simple order through the drive thru forgetting half our meal and they did it AGAIN tonight. They obviously do not care to check or make sure its correct.

I’m a huge fan of Whataburger. My parents met working there when they were kids. My aunt and uncle also. I worked there as a kid. So it hurts to leave a bad review on a whataburger, but this location was a mess. Waited over 40 minutes for two burgers and fries. Went during dinner rush and managers weren’t helping staff at all, just standing around. Lobby staff wasn’t looking for anything to help with, just standing around. I’d steer clear when they’re busy. Subpar Whataburger experience.

This place doesn't deserve any star. The Manager is very very Rude. I place mi order at 12.32am I was waiting until 1am . I try to speak to the Manager about my order. She open the door I little bit. She says I already return your money back to your credit card. And close the door on my face. This lady need to be fired

Wow. What a friendly staff. We were talking vacation and your staff wished us a safe trip. The food was great as always. 2 what a burgers our way. Well cooked fries and your iced tea was fresh. I like this What a Burger location. Thanks. You really did it right!
