Yet another Wendys franchise with a closed dining room. First it was covid, now its "staff shortages". The problem is you are the only restraunt in town who locks down their dining room, placing on foot patrons in the awkward and unsafe position of having to order on foot in the drive through. Do you realize that absent a dining room your nothing more than a mobile Wendys food truck permanently parked at Tx-121 and Paige Rd? The message you send is clear..."Buy our food, but No, you cant eat here".
The drive thru was rude. I got to the window to find out the JBC was no longer apart of the 4 for $4. No biggie, give me the $5. While trying to pay, I was told to hold on while she took the order of the car behind me. Took my money and then got to the 2nd window to have my food shoved at me. Had to ask for napkins and salt/pepper by waving my hands to the guy. Poor experience at lunch time that was not busy at all. At least the fries were hot, but the JBC was eerily warm.
Came here yesterday with my girlfriends to grab a quick bite to eat after a concert. The restaurant seemed to be closed, as the lights were out, but as drove up to the drive thru, we heard the fast food worker speak. First, he’s very rude. He cannot handle or hear a simple order. Further, he cannot multitask. We needed to ask a question while paying, and he kept putting his finger up while he was talking. Poor customer service. Lastly, the other workers purposely kept the lights out to stop people from entering the restaurant and making drive thru orders. Overall, very lazy and unprofessional.
Quick stop on my way to a meeting and I was not disappointed:) great food , very fresh and served in a timely manner thank you to the amazing hands that packed my meal it’s appreciated
Just put in the hours of the lobby in the uber app, so we don’t have to step out of the vehicle to check and we all save time.
I love Wendy's! Several gluten free options are available. Service is always fast and friendly. One of my go to lunch spots!
Went inside, store is very clean, and the guy at the counter provided great customer service. Food was good too. 5 stars
The lines can be long but they process customers pretty fast .It's normal Wendy's food, which is usually pretty good.
Absolutely the best chilling of any restaurant ever anywhere it's a shame they charge you extra for onions but I guess it's worth it people at the window are really nice I went through the drive-thru overall I'm very satisfied with my visit
Absolutely horrible. Unclean and Unsafe. Gave my food and drinks to the car in front of me then tried to give me the same food and drinks after they had been in someone elses car and handled by a stranger. Will not be returning ever again.
