Worst experience ever. The server was rude and added an additional charge to our bill even though it clearly stated otherwise. She then gossiped to all her coworkers about it and gave a snarky attitude. Ended up sending another waitress over to take our payment since I made eye contact with her and acknowledged her gossiping and giving attitude. The other tables around us also were unhappy due to the lack of attention from their servers. They cared too much about gossiping.
Food was good took too long to get a beer which the bar was about 5 feet away. Our $138 seafood order was over cooked soggy. Our server brought us 2lbs of shrimp cooked properly at no charge. Over all things where good. Our server was great forgot her name.
This is my new spot! The seafood is fresh and has a lot of flavor and seasoning. I appreciate that you can order 1/2 pound of shrimp instead of one pound. Our party ordered a variety of items and everything was great. We didn't go wrong with any of it.The hostess made a comment about the time they close as we arrived 40 minutes before. We are quickly and left as we were tired. If we arrived 15 minutes beforehand, I could see her making this statement.
Great dinnerGood serviceDelicious foodLittle pricy
Frozen disaster is all I need to say.My wife, brother in law and I went here yesterday and the food was absolutely unacceptable.I ordered the lobster garlic noodles which came out nearly stone cold and fell apart which leads me to believe that the noodles were cooked ahead of time and frozen. I told the waitress that my noodles were cold and she took the dish back to the kitchen and returned a bit too quickly. The kitchen staff decided that instead of making a new order it would be quicker to pop the dish into the microwave however they failed to take off the side of lettuce and tomatoes from this dish and those too ended up in the microwave so now I am left with dried lobster, crumbling noodles and microwaved lettuce and tomatoes. That is just the start. My wife and her brother ordered the snow crab and shrimp boiled with a side of white rice which credit where its due; the crab sauce was good however some of our shrimp was undercooked to where the meat was still completely raw, again the waitress took the shrimp back and of course the kitchen decided to pop all of those back into a new bag and reheat it again which now leaves us with overcooked mushy shrimp; we didnt even bother wanting it back. And lastly.. the side of white rice again show signs of it being frozen which if reheated correctly can be perfectly fine however it was not leaving us with clumpy broken dry rice.Safe to say, we are never coming back here again. The only remedying dish we liked was the raw oyster but then again... how can you mess that one up.Save your money and do not come here if you're expecting fresh seafood that is done right.
A nice seafood restaurant that offers a variety of options at average prices. I enjoyed their oysters and Rockefeller oysters. Their seafood were tasty and fresh. The fries were even good and seasoned well. Great Customer servicev from the servers who gave attention to details. They have good frozen margaritas also. They tend to be busy so expect a 25 to 40 minute wait. Better to eat during lunch time or off peak hours. Great for business meetings, family, friends or eating solo. ENJOY!
Ordered two Caribbean sacks, the crawfish every other one was mushy, possibly frozen when cooked or dead for to long, Shrimp was chewy not near fresh. Crab was good. Better and less costly in Denton and Lewisville.
Stay away from this place. We ordered 3 meals. The lobster roll came first with cold fries and a cold bun. 10 minutes later my daughters chicken fingers and fries came to the table. I asked to speak with the manager and 5 minutes later we were still waiting for my meal and no manager. I left $20 on the table to cover our drinks and we left. Worst kitchen service I have ever experienced.
Reminds me of a faster Joe's Crab shack. Good TVs for watching sports too. Food was above par for seafood in the area.
A bit slow with the service but understandably since it was Christmas Eve and seemed to be two people working, one in bar and one waitress. Food was delicious, drinks good, no paper towels at the sink. Dress more hipster type of spot. Good price as well.
