This is a nice Courtyard, I'd guess about 5 years old in a complex with 4 other Marriott hotels. Decent restaurants within walking distance if the front door. Nice and quiet, towels still in the mediocre side but the room was quiet, clean and overall a very good hotel. Easy on and off from the highway as well.

I have been a Marriott Rewards customer for close to 2 decades and I have never been treated with such disrespect. I was given an accessible room without requesting it, the shower water pressure was low, the toilet would not flush, several trains passed loudly throughout the night and I did not complain at all. However, the worst part of the stay is when I reported my property as missing and the front desk staff refused to assist with locating my property. In fact, the staff became rude and disrespectful when I became frustrated that they would not contact housekeeping after stating that they would do so several hours prior to my arrival. Simply put, Jennifer is an incompetent desk agent who is easily overwhelmed by customers. Becky, the other desk agent has a poor work ethic in that she refuses to check in customers. Instead, she prefers to act like a supervisor when she clearly maintains no leadership qualities. Becky has terrible customer service skills and does not belong in a customer facing role. She refers to frustrated customers as “angry” and actually referred to me as “sister”. Her behavior is condescending, unprofessional and worthy of termination. I would never recommend that any human stay at this property...ever.

We stayed at this hotel after a sister hotel nearby closed and we were transferred to the Courtyard Marriot as a result. We stayed for 4 nights, and found the hotel staff quite helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the bed was very comfortable! Because of the coronavirus, there was no breakfast offered, however they did have coupons to have snack and breakfast foods (muffins, breakfast bars, scones, etc.) which were satisfactory. The noise we did hear was mostly from guests checking out early in the morning and doors slamming shut loudly. Otherwise, it was quiet. We enjoyed our stay here, and if we are ever in the area again, we will certainly consider staying at The Courtyard. We recommend the Courtyard Marriott!
