I do deliveries so I've been picking up many orders from here. It is one of the slowest and most unprofessional restaurants I came across. Especially in the evening and night time. The guy there is tripping. ? They forget the drinks, and I pretty sure they are messing up the orders too.DO NOT order from here after 6pm.Thank me later. ?If you make an order for delivery do everything you can so it won't happened to be the location you are getting your food from.

If you haven’t noticed by now (and according to the recent ratings) there’s a good chance that an on-going scam operation is going on at this Taco Bell location.Is it not obvious that the majority of the complaints are similar in nature? Not only do they lie about receiving online orders, but for some reason they’re only taking cash at night via drive through (won’t provide receipts), ignore customers, and always close early and at random times throughout the day.How many complaints and charge backs will it take for someone to look into this?

Always comes to this taco bell cause it's close to where I moved to the last times I came to this taco I so I'm love the way the Black girl manager talks and handle customer. She always comes to the rescue. I have read the review on here I have no problem. So it must be the customer problem. They may be short handed , and line be long but the manager is trying her hardest to keep things going

DO NOT GO HERE & don’t believe what the store hours say on google. It is apparently not open until 3 am on a Saturday. They told us it was closed at midnight after they answered the call machine asking what we would like then never responded on the call box and ignored us at the window for 10 MINUTES before the guy said it was closed. When we asked why someone took our order & why the website says 3 AM. We just a ‘sorry’. This place does not deserve a penny & should get shut down from negligence.

Horrible customer service! Just ratchet and ghetto. And they don’t prepare the food as it should come! They throw the food together and charge you extra for things you don’t even ask for! I prefer the location on Main Street. They prepare the food well and they have positive attitude. They even cut your Mexican Pizza like it’s supposed to be cut. This location doesn’t cut the pizza at all.***Horrible Customer Service! Go to the location on Main Street. You will have a better experience***

Customer service at this location is terrible. They are not helpful at all. Very rude. I asked them to edit my order. Apparently they can’t. I asked her to cancel the order. Apparently they can’t do that either. I ordered on the app. She completed the sale before I could cancel my order on the app!! They charged me for a meal I didn’t pick up!!! Tried to call the store. No answer. Tried to contact the through the app. That part of the app wasn’t working. Tried to contact the company. Closed Friday-Sunday.I have been to this location when they didn’t have taco meat before. I should have known better than to give this location another chance.NEVER AGAIN!!

Employee asked for payment in cash and wouldn’t give receipt. Realised I got overcharged. This location has its door closed so you can’t even go in and ask for the receipt. I asked for manager at the drive-thru window but the employee would not give his or the managers name. The drive-thru attendant was rude to a point it got threatening. I don’t know why they only accept cash without giving receipt.

This is the slowest Taco Bell. manager needs retraining. He needs a lesson in customer service as well. I’ll probably never return here. Not even if I was starving

Pulled into the drive-thru all exterior lights were out on the entire property. There was a car paing for there order. When I was ask may I take your order I brought to the attention of the worker their lights need to be turned on. The response was sorry we do not have any food cooked. I responded What? He replied we have no food prepare. I asked how did this happen? He stated busy day! I asked their name he said Jerry. Needless to say I did not receive any service. The owner of this franchise may need to know his business is definitely losing money and may want more supervision over the folks in charge of running your franchised business.

I generally have a good experience when I decide to eat here. The food is always hot, tacos always crunchy, usually always get all food ordered and they are fast which is important for short lunches.
