It was my husband's and mine first time coming into this subway, and the employees Abel and Nallely greeted us with such bright smiles and provided a really good experience for being our first time to your store they were beyond helpful super patient with us since we're very indecisive, they suggested their favorite sandwiches. They both provided a really good customer service experience and they were very attentive to other guest as well, the food was delicious and the store was super clean. Thanks again Abel and Nallely for the suggestions it was delicious!!
As busy as this Subway gets as it’s in the Nebraska Furniture Mart the staff are still very nice and quick. Management is where it shines though. The manager Rachel, makes her way around the tables making sure guests are okay and everything is clean and drinks are filled. Makes lunch that much better after spending too much in NFM. Thanks Rachel! Can’t wait to go back.

The Manager Rachel was sweet and kind and very helpful. She loved my two boys and went above and beyond.
The Manager Rachel provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Subway or fast food restaurant, ever. The store was clean and tidy, everyone was smiling and friendly, they gave excellent menu recommendations - even during the very busy lunch hour. While I was eating my meal she walked around the dining area to greet other guests and stopped by our table and asked how the food was and offered to fill up my drink. Very pleasant environment & great experience - especially after a stressful experience shopping and making a large purchase at NFM. It was great to be put at ease and have a nice friendly exchange. The food was fresh and delicious! We will be back!!
Nebraska was having an event in the parking lot for family Friday. We watched the Minions. The kiddos started getting hungry and they only had popcorn and juice. We went inside nebraska furniture and we found a subway inside. It was past closing time and the staff was cleaning up. The manager was so sweet and allowed us to get some chips and drinks. Very kind gesture. Will definitely be recommending this subway to friends and family.
Stopped in this subway while shopping and got phenomenal service! Manager had such a positive attitude and the food was delicious!
I was here at 12:50 on Jan 12.Both girls are rude they don’t have enough meat. They said they don’t have a veggie patty they don’t have fresh lettuce. As you can see in the pictures. This subway is always been like this I’m gonna complain Health Department.
The most poorly run and uncaring Subway staff ever seen. On a Saturday around lunchtime, we waited for an hour to get a single sandwich, and there was only 5 people ahead of us. The people here are not only slow(very understated) and uncaring, the tables were all filthy, there were no cleaning supplies, bottled drinks or napkins. NFM needs to find a chain that can manage this location, but these guys aren’t it.
The management of this place is inadequate. I've been here a handful of times. Each visit, the employees appear to be doing what they can - serving the customers in a line, being engaging... Customers are smiling when they leave the counter even though the only thing available is white bread and cold cuts. Literally no. wheat. bread. no meatballs. No white chunk macadamia nut cookies. Just cold cuts and white bread with some fountain drinks and oatmeal cookies. No bottled soda. One rack of plain chips. Management. I watched one employee the other day leave after her shift when trash cans had been overflowing for at least two hours; and chairs and crumbs and filth were everywhere. She may have been tired, of course. But leaving a filthy store is hard on the staff who are staying behind. She should have been instructed or better yet coached to help clean up before she leaves to relieve pressure from the team. I'll bet she would've made a massive difference with an extra 15 minutes. I feel bad for these employees. If they deserve to be hired and trusted with this store, they deserve support from a competent manager. And if this is not operated by NFM, I still expect a "2019 best place to work" to step up and require better of their vendors and partners.
