They steal debit and credit card information! I live in AZ and have NEVER been to Texas….. they will not answer their phones. Reporting them to the authorities!!!!

Not great...do not get the fountain drinks tasted like dirty water

subway is the worst company. Today I went to 2 different locations here in the Colony and neither would accept THEIR OWN company coupons. This is ridiculous! Why send the coupons out in the mail in this area if the locations here won't take them? Are we supposed to call each and every location to see which one will honor the coupons? I had no idea because I'm a new customer. I'm just trying to get lunch at a decent price after paying such high prices for gas the past couple of weeks.So I got on the phone and called Jimmy John's and told them my situation and asked if they accept competitors' coupons. The manager said No, but he told me if I come over to his location on Paige, that he would just give me a sandwich for the trouble that subway caused me today. I went into Jimmy John's in tears. I was so grateful that I left them the money I would have paid at subway as a tip. subway is such an ugly company but the manager Cole at Jimmy John's on Paige in the Colony is an Angel and he has me as a customer for life. I don't think it's ethical for subway to send out coupons to get people in their stores and they have NO intention of honoring the coupons. That's the lowest of low.

Price really went up

First off they don’t accept coupons which was a downer. Then the staff was nonverbal so was like talking to the dead. When I got my sandwich home and I did not have barely anything on it, all the stuff fell out of it because it was poorly made. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience here and it seems it keeps getting worse and worse. I highly recommend going to a different sub shop because this place obviously doesn’t care about its customers or it’s quality in food.

I’ve been coming to this subway for at least three years to pick up for my boss and never had a problem until the last two time. Andre made my sandwich both times and both times there was a problem. Tonight he burnt my sandwich and then said that’s how it’s supposed to look. He needs some training on customer service because he argued with me when I ask him to redo my sandwich. # 1 rule in customer service is the customer is always right. I’m paying for my food I should get it how I want it ....not burnt.

I ordered online and came in for pickup. The place was very clean, the food tasted good, and everyone was very nice. I definitely will come back. ?
