This movie experience is great! Especially with small children. You can arrive right at the start of the movie and no waiting in long lines for popcorn afraid you’re going to miss the beginning of the show!The service was fantastic. This was our first experience so we arrive before the show time and a server came right away and took care of us. The food came out very quickly and the server responded when we pushed the call button fast each time.Everything was wonderful about the experience. The movie time was actually the start fo the previews which were on for about 15 min before the movie. We definitely will show up a little later next time as small kids don’t have enough patience to wait 15-25 min for a movie to start.

Where to I start. the beer was warm, the food was not good. My wife had a lime chicken salad. No lime, no cilantro, the greens were all stems, no leaves. Service was slow. Plaster coming off the wall in the lobby area. Several of the seats has the leather cracking. My tray was at a downhill angle, and the seat next to me the recliner was broken. My opinion just close it, and put it out of it's misery. Needless to say we won't be back regardless.

This is our family’s go-to theater, and we have been going weekly this summer. It’s always been a positive experience until this past Friday 7/8. I forgot my debit card at home so was paying for our food and drinks with cash. When I placed the initial order, the server asked for cash right away which I didn’t have an issue with. The total was $39.78 (plus or minus a few cents), and I gave her $40 since the total already includes the 18% service charge. The server mentioned she would be returning with my receipt and change, but she did not. We placed another order during the movie, and the exact same thing happened. Only this time, they shorted me a couple of dollars and still no receipt. The whole experience just put a really bad taste in my mouth and felt shady….if this is how cash payments are handled, “smart” servers could pocket quite a bit of extra money every shift as long as no one speaks up. We will be back, but with my credit card in hand.

if this movie ends up being in black and white like last time, i'm asking for extra fake butter on my popcorn and they better not charge me extra!

The first time going to this location with my husband.. Seats were comfortable but definitely older theater. The food is not worth the price, I was comp which is why I'm glad we didn't have to pay the high price. (They took an hour to give us food because our food was given to someone else.) We barely got any refills but once. I wouldn't recommend this location.

I don't care for the theater seat with a tray table setup. It is more distracting than it is worth. The food was pretty good, but the overall experience isn't worth it. And the movie screen was tiny. I can get a better experience with my tv at home.

I love the food and drinks here as well as the fast service most of the time. I can only give it 3 stars though. Every time we want to eat and watch, we have to choose another place even though the food is better at SMG. We go elsewhere because the seats just arent comfy. Everywhere has comfy reclining seats nowadays. Also, the bathrooms are almost always gross and in desperate need of attention.

Servers are very polite and prompt. Chairs are very comfy, and check in is super fast and easy. However, online seat selection/purchase interface needs some work. Aisle locations are misleading, and reclining seat v non reclining seat location isn't obvious.

Over priced and horrible service!!

Food service was excellent. Reclined seatings were very comfortable. Best place to watch your favorite movie.
