This place has the best doughnuts ever! The staff is super friendly and helpful. I go here every Friday to treat my staff to doughnuts!!!
Taste was excellent. Genuinely a cut above other Shipley’s I have been to around the state. Customer service was above and beyond. If you’re thinking of going elsewhere for your donut and Kolache needs, don’t. This is the place.
I would normally give Shipley's five stars because it's one of my favorites but this time it was not so great, I couldn't quite tell if the donuts were undercooked or overcooked they were kind of wavy and didn't seem to have that much glaze on them however I will not give up because like I said they are one of my top five favorites it was just probably a bad day for one of us.
We always get donuts on birthdays. Ever since Shipley's opened, it has been our go to place. Love them!
Not all Shipley's are created equal. This one serves almost burnt twists, oily like it had been double fried or fried longer at a lower temperature, and at a higher price than my regular Shipley's in Arlington (they are standard I rate all other doughnuts against).You must have a better product to warrant a higher price.
Great to have drive thru donuts. Would be nice to have another menu board to look at while waiting in line. Donuts are fresh. Offers kolaches too!
Always friendly however out of the last five times I've been there, there has been no bold kolaches with jalapenos and cheese. And I'm there usually in the morning. What if I wanted a dozen? I can't even get one individual one.
Had the simple glazed donut holes but service was particularly kind and accommodating today. Also appreciate employees wearing proper face coverings right now. Thank you.
Kolaches are very good. I've been 3 times now and the staff is always friendly.
Haven't stopped here since they opened but the donuts were as we remembered them. The service was great and the varieties we tried were all great.
