dear schlotsky'splease don't call that horrid thing in your menu a calzone. not only is it NOT a calzone, is also a terrible product, taste and consistency-wise, as well. this is one of the most disappointing things I've ever had from a fast food menu, EVER. That's sad. I'm known for finishing my food, even if it's not the best, but this was garbage. please, reevaluate. and to the person on your food R&D team who thought this was a good idea, QUIT YOUR JOB. Just leave the company. a 2 weeks notice isn't necessary.maybe you can go to work at McDonald's and help them with a filet-o-fish calzone too and get that wreched thing taken away too.This product was more disappointing than the last episode of Dexter.This product was more disappointing than getting clothes for your birthday when you were a kid.This product was more disappointing than ordering a Coke and being served Pepsi.This product was more disappointing than the ice cream maker at McDonald's.This product was more disappointing than seeing My Name Is Earl renewed for another season.This product was more disappointing than finding out your Amazon order didn't qualify for prime delivery.in other words, this travesty of an item wasn't good.

We got a ham and cheese and a French Dip. Both were hot and tasty. The French Dip was spread with onion jam which was unexpected but had nice flavor. I'm always pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff at this location.I wish they'd bring back the Reuben sandwich!

Woman that was taking our orders was very rude and did not really know how to work the register. My sandwich came with things on it it wasn't supposed to have most likely will not be going back.
We were the only customers in the store (2 cars in the drive thru on arrival). Older-lady cashier was very short and unhelpful, made us repeat the order multiple times. Never said hi, never said thank you, kept talking to herself about drive-thru customers under her breath while talking our order. It took 22 min. to get the food (again only customers in the store). We love Schlotzky’s but won’t be returning to this location. ?
Limited and employees. it's not the same Schlotzsky's anymore.
Always excellent, hot and fresh. Friendly people. You should really turn on your TV's though for a little entertainment for your diners.
