We’ve been long time customers of Romas. We often do takeout. The order always takes longer than their estimate but we go with the flow… until today… My husband waited a half an hour to find out they gave our order to someone else. They charged him for the order even though I had paid online (and for more money!). He didn’t want to wait. They refused to credit his method of payment. I called to tell them they charged for an order they’d already been paid for and asked for a credit. The manager refused to do it now because they were so busy! I’ll never return and urge you to be careful!
Excellent service. Catered an event for me and could not have been more pleased. Food was delicious and plentiful. You cannot go wrong using this restaurant.
Great food and service. Worth driving in off 121 into The Colony for a Pizza or many other choices. Good for larger groups of 8-10 also.
Roma's is absolutely delicious. Their fettuccine, salmon entrees and lobster ravioli have a one of kind flavor.

I really used to love this place and came back after not having been in a while. The bread knots and sauce are still great. I was let down with the Alfredo sauce big time. So don’t get the Alfredo suac
I used to love this place! I ordered spaghetti & meatballs tonight. I got tons of spaghetti & sauce, with 3 tiny little meatballs. I called & asked to speak with a manager, I spoke with Max. He told me that they have always given 3 tiny meatballs. That is incorrect! I’ve been ordering food from them since 2009!Very disappointed!!! I will not order from them again!! Also when I placed my order, the person that answered the phone was cussing under his breath & I heard everything word! I would have let that go, but I’m really upset that I paid so much for this!
Roma’s catered an amazing dinner for my daughter’s soccer team. Everyone was blown away by the quality of the food! We will definitely be back when we are in the area again! Great job!
Relaxed atmosphere, amazing food, comfortable booths. The server we had was extremely attentive, friendly and welcoming!! Absolutely a must stop in if you enjoy Italian food.
The veal was tough and expensive. It should come with a salad for the price The picata sauce was good. No liquor, but that's my fault for not checking. The wine was marginal. The spumoni was stale. Staff was nice but service was slow.
