Pretty and colorful like all the other reviews show, but low quality and overpriced for the small portions. There’s better casual poke places out there, probably won’t be coming back.

Small portions in the Poke bowls. Anything over 4 vegetables in a Poke bowl is extra cost. Soda machine out of order and only Pepsi and Dr. Pepper in cans. Servive is efficient but not super friendly. Food was fine but we left hungry. Nothing really wrong with this place just nothing to bring us back.

I would love to give my actual review as a first time customer, but instead I’m posting about my experience being turned away with my two kids. Yes, we came in at 7:55 pm. Yes, they close at 8, and their open sign was on. When we walked in they said, “We’re closed and these are our last customers.” I asked, “Are you asking us to leave?”. He simply said, “Yes”. I know it’s not super polite to come in right before a business closes, but we drove a long way for Poke’ and their hours are until 8, with people still sitting in the restaurant. Maybe turn off your sign after we step in and then you let us know and and take our order as your actual last customers in the door before 8. I’m expecting a lot, but there wasn’t a hint of “come back again”, “sorry”, or even a wave as they turned off their sign, as we now stood outside looking for a new place. Would a quick order for three been too much for a Poke’ place? I may have felt differently if they’re communication was even remotely client oriented, but it wasn’t. And yes, I’ve been a business owner and thought about giving them a break. Simply not handled well. I know some will think this is petty, but it was our experience.

I have been ordering here at least once a week for lunch. I order online and it's ready in about 15-20 minutes. I am obsessed.I don't really get the reviews about the service. I've never really had an issue and I got there fairly frequently.I also completely disagree with the people that say the servings are small. I order a 2 protein poke and bowl and although it is packed together, it is indeed quite a bit of food.Would highly recommend!

The ramen shop is super cute!! I enjoyed the Pork Miso Ramen I got, but I would be back to try the Poké Bowls... my friend got one and it looked goooooddd!! ?

I would give Zero stars if I could! RUDEST person EVER! I walked out in the middle of giving my order. They had 1 person in the restaurant that had just ordered in front of me and that was it. This person literally walked away from taking mine and my son’s order 3 different times, because he was irritated that we had never been there before and had questions on the menu. I finally had enough and left. Now I know why we were basically the only ones there.

I wasn't going to leave this review, but looking at the other reviews, I feel safe to say I had the same weird experience.Owner is really rude. I thought I had said something wrong to him, but no...that's just how he is. Did not greet me when I came in. I actually greeted him. When ordering, I guess I went in the wrong order of telling him the items as I said the rice first. No...you can't do that. It has to ne protein first. Then he asked me base...which is the rice...which is what I just said. After that moment...I almost felt like walking out.I really felt like I was inconveniencing him when I came in with the way he acted. And the place was empty. The bowl itself is not a portion size I would expect. aka, for $15, I expected more. And it was alright. Nothing to raise the rating for a business that has really bad service. As a former business owner that had my business die during Covid, I know what it feels like to have to work hard and not have any customers come in. Maybe this is what he is going through. But, this is not how you get return customers. It's a complete shame. I just found this place and it is right next to where I work out. I would come here at least 2-3x a week as this is what I'm doing now with Roll & Poke in Frisco. I guess I will continue to drive the extra 3 miles.

Probably one of the worst pokes I’ve had. Portions were small with barely and rice. I feel like I paid $14 worth of salad with few tuna. Honestly, I think I would’ve gotten the poke from Kroger that’s been sitting in the refrigerator all day if it was going to like this. Me, personally, I don’t mind paying extra for a better dining experience. This place better shape up or I doubt that it’ll survive much longer.

My first time trying this: got the crab and shrimp bowl. Oh so tasty and healthy! It's great for a hot day since it is light and cool to eat. Glad I stopped.

The customer service experience I had with the owner was so poor and he was so rude that I had to let people know. The food is good, nothing wrong with the quality of ingredients. Just unbelievably rude service. Try Pure Poke, it's close by, and always nice folks who help you with a smile! If you search "rude" in the reviews you'll see I'm not the first to mention this...
