Leaving this review for the reason of when we got our delivery only one of the four items that we ordered showed up. When we called the store, the manager was not apologetic about it and stated it was on the way out. 35min later the rest of the order was brought when the store is less then 10min away. Pizza was cold and store didn’t compensate. Better ingredients better pizza even better service
Yet again….made the mistake of giving this location another opportunity. We ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza. The given approximate time was 32 minutes. It’s now over an hour later…..I just called the store and was told “not sure. It went out with the driver who had a bunch in that area so it’ll be there”…….this is absolutely ridiculous. We are 3 miles away from this location. What a joke.
Friendly service ~ The pizza was made quickly and served hot! My granddaughter loved it!
Pizza dough was raw, wings barely had any sauce on them and chicken meat was grey looking in color. Not good and won’t order again.
Ordered a pizza for delivery. First phone call I get from them says, they have one driver so it might take longer so that's fine. But also if I pay by credit card it would be faster?2nd call not even a minute later, "we don't have enough drivers to deliver your pizza ok"I live 1.5 miles from this location..Get it together guys, that's ridiculous.
Extremely poor customer service. When you call you go on hold, then you go to the Philippines, then they take 20 minutes to place and order, then you get transferred to the store where some guy named Erin drops your call. Extremely poor system.
Usually good but this time I ordered and hour and a half later my tracker still showed a status of preparing order mind you the timeframe given for my order to be here was 45 min. Called store to check and John was very u apologetic and basically said it will come when it comes. Nope. I’m done with papa johns
Missing all the extra sauces i ordered. 2nd time now. One more strike and wont be ordering from here ever again.
the pizza’s and the papadias are soo good. Especially when you mix it with the garlic sauce. Can’t seem to get over papa johns.
Nope. After realizing they use door dash for delivery, I'm done. Not worth the risk in an area with a million places to eat. Also, the marinara sauce was short two orders in a row just like other people said.
