Website shows they open on Sunday's and infact drive over and they are closed.
My fiancé and I are semi-regular customers and have been a handful of times recently only for the store to be closed after the renovations were recently finished. Business hours on social platforms and on Google don’t match up and no announcements go on social to let a customer, driving 20 minutes, know they aren’t open. I don’t think they are bad people by any stretch. But it is a bad business move to alienate customers because of poor information delivery. Hope it changes soon.
I don’t ever leave reviews and it makes me sad that is one I have make. The times that they have been open, I have throughly enjoyed their shakes. I have been anywhere between 5-7 times in the last few months only to find that they are closed. Some were during renovations that were not announced well. The last two times have been within the last two weeks when they have been “open and back to regular hours”. Are these the hours according to google or Facebook because both are vastly different and completely inaccurate from my experience. It’s so disappointing because their shakes really are great.
Google and website said it is open at 7 a.m. on Fridays. Went on a Friday at 9:30, but it was closed. Disappointed that the hours are not correct online.
have not recieved product. ordered through website paid 63.88 . contacted Michael Aldas and have not had any luck.
Dog how do you guys not open your doors when you say you are open. Definitely not a sign of commitment. Wake up
