Horrible Jack in the box. Workers are slow and rude all the time. Especially the little boy who works the drive through at night. I waited in the drive thru line for 35 minutes, finally got my food, but no receipt. Got home, no burger on my cheese burger. Called and asked for a refund, but could not get a refund because I did not have the receipt. Again. He didn’t give me a receipt. Who manages to forget the burger on a cheese burger

Lousy, lousy service with a team of people who ended up killing my appetite. I wouldn't have minded the low refund I was given with an attitude problem if it wasn't for a team built off of incompetency, especially to the girl that took my order and acted like I came from another planet when I pointed out that she misheard me. Don't get me started on the male clerk, who I could already tell had an attitude problem that needs to be addressed.

I've been to this location literally 3 times in a period of 7 years. Each time there was something incorrect about my order. No substitutions or special requests were even made and yet they some how managed to screw something up. This last time (less than 6 mos ago) i contacted customer service to finally complain. Some person texts me with a supposed apology and assures me that they'll be sending some coupons for my trouble (like that'll fix overcharging me). I have yet to receive those coupons! The reality is that JIB in general has gone so far downhill over the past 20+ yrs that i can't see myself giving them any more of my money. But if i ever lose my mind and have a taste for some trash in a box/bag, this location will certainly never get my business again.

This store needs a complete overhaul. ? I will never do business with them again. When placing an order thru the drive thru, it doesn't matter who it is, they are ALWAYS distracted and couldn't care less. I have to repeat my order 3 times, each time I've gone (I've been maybe 3 or 4 times total. Never again!).I ordered 3 breakfast jacks and 3 mocha iced coffees. Simple. She rang me up for the coffees only. ? It's ridiculous. Today was the last straw. One bite into my breakfast jack, and I pull out an 8" long brown hair from a females head, that was cooked into the egg of my sandwich! My husband called corporate, and I called The Colony Food and Health Inspection Department.This location is being ran into the ground and NO ONE here cares. I will tell anyone and everyone I can to take their business elsewhere. The bad reviews left behind from other customers don't surprise me at all.Update: no I will not fill out whatever form you want me to fill out. My husband already called corporate and NO ONE from corporate has reached out. No one. Not surprised. This location is a joke.2nd Update: as of Monday, March 28,2020, still no contact from Corporate even though we left details, pictures, and return contact info for them to reach out to us. Crickets. ? Shocker.

Ordered large bacon ultimate cheeseburger combo and ordered extra bacon and beef patty on burger and didn't receive it on burger from doordash,really has gone downhill for tc smh just order at another location or eat somewhere else,the attitudes of the workers are ridiculous especially when you order in the drive-thru...would give 0 stars if I had the option too

The man I spoke to was incredibly mean to me. They said they were closed even though they were working and their hours showed they were open. I’m extremely disappointed in the hurtful workers that treated me so low here. Will never be back. The man I spoke to deserves to be let go.

I have always held back on giving this restaurant a review. But enough is enough! Some of the employees had NO customer service skills, they were so rude, and when I asked to talk to a supervisor, they laughed and said they didn’t have one. I’m every shift there’s a manager on duty! Today they had no tacos, or they don’t sell milkshakes when it’s evident that is on the Menu. The Clerk was extremely rude that wouldn’t even let me finish my order when he was cutting me off. Please get your employees to get the proper training. You will end up with no clientele because of how they treat people.

Staff is very nice. They are really trying hard to get everything done. Always short staff. I pray they are getting paid decent

The person taking orders at the drive through either can't hear (I couldn't hardly hear them either) or does not care. Asked several times for ranch, it was at least a minute of talking about it. No ranch in my bag, no reciept. Also did not get the coke added to the order but they gave me one free of charge after saying "You got everything, it's in the bag." Because I waited at the window after getting food. Every experience here is not good.

The guy that was working by 11pm today January 31 shouldn’t be working at the drive thru… really bad service for customer, he needs to improve how he talk to customers… ?
