So it’s 1:34 am Friday night . 1 table occupied . 2 servers in the restaurant ( 1 black guy and 1 white lady ) . We are at waiting area for almost 25 mins and no greeting and no seating us . 2 people behind us walked out .They are just cleaning tables and talking to each other . If you don’t want to open late night then keep this place shut . Horrible first impression!!!
We got a parking spot close to entrance and it was clean outside. We were asked by one waitress for our drinks only to repeat ourselves once the server got to us. We ordered coffee and water.The coffee tasted like burnt stale coffee. We weren't informed there was only half and half for creamer, otherwise we wouldn't have gotten it in the first place. So we ordered orange juice as a substitute. One of the cups tasted great and one was watered down. We ordered a Breakfast Sampler and 2x2x2 both with Tres Leches Pancakes. I didn't even mention to her that the food was cold, my Tres Leches Pancakes we're on the same plate and there wasn't enough drizzle on the pancakes.Now I love IHOP, and I have been craving those Tres Leches Pancakes for months! But by this point of the meal I don't even want to say anything.
the food was really good, had a good time. But this place needs to learn the laws about service dogs. Gave me kind of a hassle for my service dog. Not all disabilities are visible. She treats my seizures. I do understand there are a lot of people who fake service dogs, but if all the laws were read and known by at least the manager they wouldn’t have any issues. Other then that it’s a good place to eat.
One of the best places to dine. Thank you for the outstanding service. This now the only IHOP I will go and have breakfast lunch or dinner. Best customer service. Food is great and again service is tremendous. Thank you everyone for doing a great job!!!!!!
I just had the best service at an IHOP ever!!!!! Don't know what else to write. I'm still in shock. This location is well worth the visit. Enjoy!
had the strawberry crepe combination with bacon, scrambled eggs ? and hash browns!!! my favorite breakfast now at ihop, the colony, Texas!!! it's NOT listed on the menu under combos or crepes for some bizarre reason, it's under pancake combos at the very top of the menu!!!
We were on a family getaway to bring in the new year. Decided to go eat breakfast when room service came to our room. This location was close to our hotel. We were seated quickly. The server was prompt. The food arrive in a timely manner. It was accurate and hot on arrival.
Shantel was awesome! He is friendly and attentive to his guests. He does a great job!
Can't go wrong with Chicken Fajita Omelet and Blueberry Pancakes. Plenty of space, quick service, drinks kept full, condiments individually packaged.
Wait time for 2 people was 15 minutes. Larger groups were waiting longer. There seemed to be a lot of groups of 6 or more people waiting.Did came right up and both our orders were spot on. Tasty to boot! However, and most importantly, or coffees never saw the bottom until we left.Enjoy!
