…and great, attentive service! That’s what we enjoyed about our visit.
Food was incredibly flavorful, the coffee was good quality. The only issue I had with the huevos rancheros was the the corn tortillas were soggy and even a hint of crisp despite being described as crispy on the menu. Makes a big difference but everything else was so well executed that almost made up for it.
Food was great. Our service on Sunday was terrible. I felt like we were forgotten. Our server came by helped us figure out what we wanted to drink and then forgot about us. 20 mins went by and we never got them. Our server got distracted with a bigger table and never took our order. Thankfully I'm assuming a manager took our order. Our server finally came back after she tended to her bigger table.. We let her know someone else had taken our order. We were notified that our food would be out soon, that's when we asked about our drink orders.
Dropped in for a quick breakfast and was pleasantly surprised by the menu and the breakfast we ate. The Denver Omelette was perfect!

Hills Cafe - Austin Ranch has the best breakfast around!Amazing pancakes and Fantastic Omelet.Love their hash-browns and Burger, too! Friendly, fast service and fancy atmosphere with roomy space.... you feel like one of the family! A welcomed surprise for sure. I had the Tuscan Omelet with fresh Orange juice and would definitely recommend it. Price point is also reasonable. Definately going to come back with my family!

This is seriously my favorite breakfast cafe in DFW. Servings are generous, prices are reasonable, and the staff is very friendly. They check on you a couple times during the meal which makes you truly feel like a guest. Every meal I've had there makes an impression and keeps me coming back!

Great spot for breakfast! Everyone from the host, waiter and management was super friendly and made sure we had what we needed. Food was hot, tasted great and great selection on the menu! And the place is super cute inside and very clean! We will definitely be back!
