Today is March24,2022 it's now 8:08 pm I'm guessing drivers are allowed to give themselves tips off of my account without my consent. Gm isn't there but 2nd shift manager has the nerve to say that what they were supposed to do. Isn't it illegal to that? No longer trust them with my card and they better not say they don't take cash over an order over $40 worth like they told me a few days ago.
We've tried ordering here a few times and every time the pizzas were ridiculously dry and toppings and sauce missing on more than a few of our pizzas. A new one opened at Castle Hills and is way better. Trust me, order from that one
Always good pizza at this store.Unfortunately I just went to a different Domino's at 615 Main St Frisco, TX 75036 and it was horrible! Never again!
I just wanna say I used to work at this establishment so I know how hard it can be. I’m also a manager at another franchise and I can recognize good stores when I see them. This store has always been top tier. It terms of customer service, food quality, and delivering! The managers and drivers are the best at what they do, I wanna take this time to point out the notable ones. Aaron the driver, Logan and Brandon two of the managers. Great store! I highly recommend.
Don't eat here ... my son's food was tampered with causing him to pass out. Hit his head hard. The crazy workers like to tamper with your food. This location deserves to be shut down by health department.
Been ordering ever Sunday for almost 2 years. Always been awesome service and great food from wings, pizza and pastas.
I ordered 7 items online. 2 of which they did not have *20oz fanta*. That is totally understandable given the circumstances of the world. I was told I could have a 2 liter Fanta since that's all they had left. I agreed.The manager *who I'm assuming is the manager*, came and told me to choose between the other beverages I had and the 2 liter Fanta. Basically 4 beverages 20oz= 1 liter of Fanta.I thought I heard him wrong since I was told something different by the cashier.Before I could open my mouth to answer, He asked me again,RUDELY, to pick. And said it must be a hard decision to make. Not the experience I'm use to having here. Definitely never going back to this domino's. Pizza hut it is!

On Tuesday 9/21/2021 I ordered Dominoes & with my order should have been a 2 Liter Coke Zero. When my order was delivered I saw it was a 2 Liter normal Coke.I’m a Type 1 Diabetic and can’t drink it. Honest mistake from the store, not a big deal so I call the store & ask for refund of the drink. I’m told that refund could not be done until next day due to their system, but they’ll be in on a Thursday & can just do refund for me then.I have no problem waiting for them to process refund until Thursday. I don’t see a refund so I figure it’ll take awhile to show up. Now Thursday 9/30/2021 still no refund and if it was done it should have showed up by now.I call back and now I’m told again that it can’t be done, this time until tomorrow afternoon. I just wanted a refund after their mistake on an order. I keep being told it will be taken care of, when it isn’t & now being told to call back again after waiting over a week for a mistake on their end to be corrected.I feel like I’ve been patient, but I was told it would be done. It wasn’t, & now I’m being told to call back later after over a week.
