Food was great, but our server Timichell was awesome, from her long braids to her wonderful cheerfulness sprit. She was just so special and made our night out 100% better than we expected. Give her a raise and higher more like her! The only down part was the hostess that greeted us, she acted like she didn't want to be bothered and really wanted to be at home,or she wasn't feeling a Biracial couple, I could be wrong,
The waiter was unconcerned at best. He was polite. We had to ask for everything. Napkins, refills and to order the food after we ordered the appetizer.We are very patient people because we go out to spend time together. There was not a wait to be seated and there were at least 8 other servers. I asked another waitress for our waiter and the manager came. We only wanted go containers and the bill. I love Cheddar's I am sure the next visit will be better.
Nice restaurant to enjoy a variety of food and cocktails at a very reasonable price. Service is good and sometimes there is a 10-15 minute wait. Our server was friendly and professional. She was even training another server who was nice. Food and drinks came out on time. Server checked in on us several times to make sure we were doing ok. She made sure to refill out drinks promptly. I enjoy this place with friends when not spending alot of money. Great for families, friends, business meetings or eating solo. ENJOY!
I’ve had great experiences with Cheddars before but this was my first AND LAST time at this location. I got a loaded potato, came with nothing. I got a veggie plate with a salad, no salad. Paid for extra croissants, got burned ones. Just tried the strawberry lemonade which is normally delicious but this is a waste. I’ve been craving Cheddars all week. Drove to this and with I hadn’t wasted my money.
Upon walking in we were greeted with "Hey" by a young man. It was a quiet lunch and we were still sat in the bar area. Our service was very good where we sat, but it seemed a bit strange when the restaurant had plenty of seating. The menu has gotten a bit smaller but you still have a decent selection. It's nice that our food order was not over-seasoned and was not salty. The place seemed fairly clean but the lighting and lack of natural light made it feel a little dingy.
We put our name on the waiting list and were told it would be around an hour so we decided to wait. An hour goes by and my husband went to check on the wait and he came back and told me they lost our place so we were skipped over. There was no apology offered and their solution was so sit us in the bar area with our young child. At that point we were tired and hungry so we agreed. Once seated it took 20 minutes just to be greeted and that was only because we had to flag someone down. The server was really nice but the fact they said "nobody has taken your order?" made it seem like it wasn't even their section. But they were kind enough to take our whole order and put it in as quick as possible. The server we had was nice but based on everything else it's not likely we will be returning.
I'm never disappointed! Their food quality and portion sizes are perfect! Our waiter was Charles and he was great! Very polite and friendly. Enjoyed my free birthday dessert with Hot Fudge Cake! Garlic tilapia and shrimp was delish! Coconut shrimp was also great. What a great local eatery! Go off hours to miss the lines and rush!
It was good. Portions are large. Waiter was not real friendly at first but warmed up closer to the end. I prefer other restaurants over this one
Our waiter was great. That's the only good thing. I am so disappointed in the quality of the food with Cheddars. It is going down fast throughout the years. Drinks are weak. Food has very little flavor, steaks had a ton of fat and the bathrooms were disgusting!!!! Entry was dirty. The waiting area was dirty. Floors/carpet are dirty. Horrible!!!! Manager was nice. He did address our concern and gave us a discount which we did not ask for, but definitely appreciated.
Delicious comfort food. Cocktails are good, too. I especially appreciate the fact that the prices are still reasonable, despite the rampant inflation going on.
