My favorite place for authentic Mexican tacos! The green salsa is delicious and I like that they remodeled. The updates are looking great and I'm glad they have plenty of tables and booths with a good view of the TVs. Great atmosphere, great music, and great service!
Food was pretty good. Im not from the area but it was recommended to me by some guy at a store I was as. It didn't disappoint. Chicken Tinga, Barbacoba & Biria tacos. Had a huge selection of great tacos.Glad I took his advise.
The food was great. I had the Taco Mex; flavorful beef served on two corn tortillas, just the right amount of greasy/crispy for full flavor, with chopped onions, lime, and cilantro. I also had a side of guacamole - very fresh, delightfully seasoned! A very generous portion. Topped off with a Mexican coke.My husband had beef tostadas, that featured beef, beans, lettuce, queso fresco. They were crispy, flavorful and just right for lunch.They appeared to be having issues with their adult beverage license, so we had coke instead of beer.We will definitely go back. Nice, friendly, efficient staff.
The food here is amazing. Whenever I’ve got friends in town or need something to go, I go here near every time. The nachos (both kinds), sandwiches (specific word for them), burritos, tacos, and everything on the menu is utterly fantastic. My personal favorite is the tortita soup, tastes similar to to how my family would make it growin up. I recommend this spot to everyone that’s hungry, they have big portions too!
This is first time my wife and I stop to eat here. Was not too happy. Cashier and waitress did not greet or smile at us. We did not feel welcome there. Music was very loud. Taco’s small and eggs over cooked. Had to put our paper plates in the trash can when done.The sodas were the only good thing, or I would have given a one star.
If I could give zero stars I would. We have been eating at this place for a while now. My go to have always been the fish tacos. I decided to follow my heart and get the birria tacos this time, and we got my daughter the kid’s chicken quesadilla. Thank God, my daughter didn’t want her dinner and my husband ate it…because unfortunatelyI woke up the next morning to my husband vomiting and being up all night (from the other end). He continues to throw up well into the day. I thought I was safe, but then later that morning ended up having the worst food poisoning (I can only assume) of my life. Same thing vomiting, fever, ETC! I am only grateful my little one didn’t want her dinner. BEWARE of eating at this place! My food poisoning was so bad, it took several days to get back to eating normally again. Shame on you Calles, will never be back to this place again.
They make such good birria tacos with consommé. I'm in love. In each taco, you'll find a delicious layer of cheese and tender shredded beef. Before you dunk the taco in the consommé, top it with onions, cilantro, and salsa for the perfect bite! Additionally, for now, it's BYOB. I think they will have a full bar again.
The food is absolutely amazing. The reason I rate poorly is due to service. We arrived at 6:45 PM and we're told that we couldn't eat in, even though the place has a sign out front that says they close at 9:00. They agreed to let us dine in after we had already placed the order. They stated they closed at 8 but we're closing at 7 today... No signage of this.People were trying to come in and pick up to go orders but the staff had locked the front door. We had to let the staff know to come open theDoor. The woman Who was working was incredibly rude... We think she was the manager... Out right terrible.
I do not even know where to begin, today was our first time there and my husband gave it two thumbs up! It was great does not hurt to try it on Taco Tuesday. The variety of taco meat is bomb! It was awesome their aguas frescas, tacos, and friendly service yes we will be back.
This place is amazing. Crispy chicharrones tacos. Awesome tortas. Every kind of meat and it used to be a gas station so you know it is the real deal
