I ordered the chargrilled oysters at this place on 6/17/22 and they were the worst I’ve ever had in my entire life!!! I waited over 30 minutes for the food to come out and when it did, they were extremely small, had no flavor, and were topped with globs of melted cheese! Being a person from Louisiana that loves chargrilled oysters, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS RESTAURANT!!! Ended up driving to Addison to eat ate Nate’s, the place I should’ve gone to initially. I wish I would have read the reviews before going to this place, but never ever again!

Stopped in last night 5/30/22 for the first time to place a order for my party catering. I met the Chef Ron and the GM Mike, both are terrific guys. I ended up staying for dinner and drinks (Hurricanes & Purple Decatur and of course a Grenade, yum yum). I left my meal up to the chef. He made me Grilled Shrimp with Parmesan cream sauce over white rice. All I have to say is OMG DELICIOUS!!If you love NOLA food, y’all need to stop by and give them a try. I will be going back. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely amazing!! Thank you for the incredible Shrimp Po Boy and wonderful service!! Coleman, Austin and Justin a special shout out to you all!! Can’t wait to come back and have that dinner again!!! Beyond impressed!!!!?

Finally got some food here as I usually arrive after the kitchen is closed and get an Abita. Beans and rice were above average but not incredible. The crawfish poboy was really solid. Would have liked a little more sauce, but the toppings were fresh, the crawfish was still moist inside, and the bread was soft on the inside and crackly on the crust.

No body greeted us took 12min for a server to come and bring a menu she looked upset having to help her coworker. The food is not as good, poboys were dry and over fry. Our food took a whole hour to get to the table.Gumbo balls tasted burnt. I saw other customers leave i don't know if it was just my luck or if this is normal around here. Not happy. I did like the crawfish etouffee....

excellent food. reasonable price toddler approved.

We arrived at 515 pm and it’s currently 645 pm and we are just now receiving food-and it’s not even the complete order. I can understand being short staffed but whomever the owner is, managers are-it should be all hands on deck with it being Fat Tuesday. I don’t want to hear it’s because it’s a ‘scratch kitchen’-so is Cheddars. There’s been no apologies, no follow up on our orders. Just excuses. We ask for the check-still waiting. We ask for it to just be boxed-half the order only comes, unboxed. We ask for boxes-still waiting. One of us just left with no food. Highly disappointed.

The experience was so horrible they are under staffed … we waited over two hours for our food not to get it and told we are a scratch kitchen that’s why it takes so long which is not an excuse… I do not recommend this place to anyone

Food was decent, but the 2 bartenders working on crawfish day had terrible attitudes. They looked annoyed when someone would order anything. Definitely a buzz killer and downright disrespectful to be honest. Will never be back. Go to Green Gator in Frisco instead, better staff and service.

I've eaten here once before and it was pretty good but the service was pretty terrible. Tonight I called in a to go order and the girl on the phone had to be the rudest person I have EVER had when placing an order at a restaurant! She had a bad attitude the entire time. Even when I said thank you after finally placing the order (the rap music in the background was so insanely loud that it took forever), she just hung up. Terrible customer service and not good for your brand. Hire better employees. We won't be back.UPDATE: Boyfriend texted me while here waiting on our order. He said that everyone , the bartender, another employee and even the MANAGER were out of their minds high. He said the bartender was stumbling and the manager was staring off into space and then would snap out of it for a moment and ask him if he had been helped. He said the only employee who wasnt high was the chef who came out to deliver him the food. Half the ingredients were missing from both my burger and our appetizer. This place is a joke.1/18/22- I did email Darren (Operations Manager) per the request below. However, the email he provided was incorrect but I figured out his correct email address and sent. My email was rejected due to his mailbox being too full to accept emails. So, I tried. Good luck with this place!
